Heats, but does not dry. Two units same problem

It dried the first few loads and then does not dry. It doesn't matter what size load you put in, what makeup of the load or what selection you choose. The clothes only get about 70% dry. Will run it for 3 hours with plain summer cotton sheets, not dry. Eventually I was given another unit. Same exact thing. I was prompted to purchase products out of my own pocket to make it better. Nothing helped. Both Best Buy and Samsung have come out, say everything is working Within specs. I do not think it is Best Buy's fault I just think that at some point there was a malfunction in the creation of some of the units CPU chips. They say if I have it on "timed" dry with Eco turned off it will work like the old dryers. It makes no difference. There is something inside the unit that is not allowing it to dry past a point no matter what you do. The unit gets very hot, I even burned my hands taking the clothes out at times because there was so much moisture left that had been heated so high. I had thought to treat myself to this companion to the washing machine which worked nicely. My old dryer had very few options and was now taking 90 minutes to dry when it used to take less than an hour. Same drum size. I am now doing half the size load that I used to, and after 3 hours, it is wet still. At least the old dryer got everything dry. We are seriously considering just donating this unit and letting them know the issues we are having and buying a new unit. We are not rich, but I cannot keep having every surface of my house covered in wet clothes waiting for them to dry because they are so wet you can't put it away without chancing getting mold
