I love all the bells and whistles this dryer has to offer. I even have it connected to my phone through Wi-Fi. My only issue is the delivery company damaged the dryer on both sides when taking it down my basement steps.

the operation is excellent, the attention of the gentleman of the store was too professional and fast and the young people who installed the washing machine were very excellent excellent... best buy is the best store

Very nice dryer. Connects to wifi lets me know once dryer has stopped. The one i had before this one was giving le many issues so glad i decided to replaced it with this one.

The machine is excellent, it washes very well and it’s only like 20 minutes per wash unless you want to do extra additional rinsing so it saves me time.

Love my new dryer. There is a smart sensor and once it detects clothes are dried it automatically stops, i'll be saving on my PG&E bill from now on.

So far so good, quiet and gets the job done. More options than I'll ever use

Good workin pair of machines. It has enough options to satisfy all possible requirements. Really good if you have newborns and do a lot of laundry.

Dryer works great. Everything is dry in less than an hour.

We are totally satisfied with this new Samsung Dryer. The purchase of this unit and the washing machine were facilitated once again by the great staff at Best Buy. We are considering even more purchases of appliances and other items from Best Buy in the future.

Good product, a little bit hard to take it out the debris and dust from the filter, but dry pretty good almost all but not the towels, but I think they need more time, I’m disagreeing that it comes with not cable plug for 220 V but it was not expensive online16 dollars. By the way it bring a small hose 10 inch average with a split for water in the steam cicle. But it deserve the 5 starts because the wifi helps to let you know when is ready

Replaced an old Samsung dryer with a new one . Great value and Best Buy’s delivery service is excellent.

At first I had a little bit of trouble because I had a bad one they returned it and gave me a brand new one ever since then I have no problems I love this looking forward to purchasing the washer

Overall great, the only thing to talk about is the dry sense it can save a lot on your bill but at the same time in occasions won’t dry all the way

I purchased this along with the washer; it is an excellent set. I never had an issue with this; the only drawback is that it has smart features that I found irrelevant.

My initial purchase back in August was a nightmare. After all was said and done, the manager was amazing at the Best Buy who took amazing care of me and handled my situation to perfection. I think the location is considered Copley or Medina.

My dryer died and I was able to get one purchased, delivered and installed very quickly.
