After all was said and done, the manager was amazing at the Best Buy who took amazing care of me and handled my situation to perfection. I think the location is considered Copley or Medina.

If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent.

The dryer had a dent and the exchanged washer had a small dent. Best buy immediately called and made it right. I've had the units for about a month, no issue so far.

I really like that I can connect it to my phone and get alerts when each cycle is completed. I have certainly made use of the steam and steam + refresh cycles in between trips to the dry cleaners.

My previous Samsung dryer runs for over 1 hr and 15 minutes. This one can do the same thing in 45 minutes.
