    We've only had this a month but so far it is doing everything we expected. It does not over-dry and clothes come out less wrinkled. The service at Best Buy when I purchased the dryer was exceptional!!!

    It's a Samsung. Can't go wrong. So post purchase Best Buy found that one of the footing was broken. They opted to fix it for me rather than me refusing the delivery and having to go back on the entire thing. That's good service and I didn't have to fight them on it.
