Neither were my cats. So far we haven’t had any issues with this appliance and its companion, so I’m very excited so far for this purchase!

The unit was still in warranty, so Samsung had a someone come out to fix it. A few months later, with the unit now out of warranty, the unit has an even louder grinding problem and Samsung refuses to pay for the fix. It's the exact same problem we reported during the warranty period, but the "expert" didn't properly fix it. Now that we are beyond the warranty period, Samsung is saying the repair is on my dime--this is borderline theft and terrible support. I would understand if it was a new/distinctly different issue, but it is not. Very disappointed and will avoid Samsung products going forward.

It has a variety of setting which I love. The only issue I have is that I cannot connect SmartThings. Luckily I have no use for the feature at the moment.
