I am having trouble with the active wear cycle-gives 35 minute drying time but times out can cuts off after 3 minute run. Best Buy changed out the original one with a new one but it does the same thing I have now do some research on the cycle setting which aggravating

Thank you for your observation about our dryer. The temperature of the dryer's heat can only be adjusted during the time dry cycle. However, this is a great suggestion, and we appreciate your input.
