When you put the damp load back in, it stops after a few minutes because it senses the clothes are done. They aren’t… the only way you can dry your clothes is to bypass all the features that prompted me to buy this model and run a manual cycle for max time at max heat. The only plus is the refresh cycle causes me not to have to iron anymore and the dryer sends me a message through my Samsung tv that the load is finished. This is week 3 and apparently “Best Buy” has a whole 2 week return policy. Good luck trying something other than this machine.

If its off the phone options are useless. Other than that I love it, the steam options are awesome, no need to iron.
