I recently bought a house and went to best buy for my appliances since my house was either missing some appliances or they were severely out dated. I ended up ordering a washer and dryer as well as a fridge and stove. The washer and dryer ended up being delivered on time and installed without any issues and would rate that at 5 stars. However it's a completely different story for the fridge and stove. When I purchased the fridge and stove I placed a delivery within the first week I moved into my new home, about 3 weeks after the purchase date. A few days before the delivery I got an email stating it would have to be rescheduled because one of the delivery people "failed a health screening". So I reschedule for 3 days later. I called customer support to talk to them about how was I suppose to live in my house without the appliances that I needed. We came to an agreement that I could pick up the appliances in person as I was told they were in stock at the store in Green bay. When I arrived to pick up the appliances I was told none of them have arrived or were in stock and was told that the next closest day I could get my appliances was 2.5 WEEKS LATER!! I couldn't believe it. Because of this I would caution purchasing appliances at Best buy. I have honestly never had a worse experience buying appliances that I depended on to be able to live and got little help from customer support.
