Do not buy this item! Best Buy is selling defective equipment. I purchased this new in box and best buy has been to my house at least 4 times regarding this equipment. The 3rd time that they came, the washer was already dented in box. The original washer and dryer wouldn’t start a load and the dryer wouldn’t dry warm.

This dryer is awful! The sensor settings don’t work so my laundry always comes out wet. I have to manually set it to timed dry and then push it up, minute by minute until it maxes out at 1hr 39mins and hope it does it’s job on the first round. It’s a good thing I work from home and it sings the most annoying song when it finishes so I can run downstairs and restart it.

This dryer is super sleek, user friendly, works excellent to dry and freshen my clothes. So many options for different loads. There's minimal setup guide included. I've set up dryers before so it wasn't hard to figure out and I saved $70 doing it myself. I was able to attach power cord with no issues I'll have to go online to find info to set up smart control and steam connections. Overall, I def recommend this set.

Awesome! Easy to use, quiet, snazzy. Dries clothes well. Just set it on the appropriate setting and press start. Clothes get just as dry as they need to be. The adjustable features help me with keeping some of my more delicate clothes from being dried too much. Dry enough to get the wrinkles out, but hang them to finish drying.

Our recent appliance purchase from Best Buy was a mixed experience. The dryer itself is excellent—dries quickly, works beautifully, and came at a very fair price. I’d absolutely buy the same model again. But the delivery experience left a lot to be desired. The delivery driver refused to help with basic installation tasks, saying it was “against policy” to unplug our old washing machine. He also wouldn’t install the steam hose for the dryer, even though that should have been included. We were charged an extra $60 just to move the old dryer—not haul it away, just shift it outside 50 feet. I ended up installing the hot and cold water lines myself. The only thing they actually did was install the pedestal, which helped a little—but for a paid installation, the rest was bare minimum. The delivery team wasn’t rude, but the service attitude was disappointing. There was no apology, no effort to guide us through next steps, and no offer to help within their limits. Instead of saying, “Here’s what we can do,” we were basically told, “You’re on your own.” Later, the driver explained that Best Buy tracks delivery crews to ensure they stay on schedule, not just for efficiency but to meet a delivery quota. I understand the pressure, but using it as an excuse to avoid simple tasks is frustrating—especially when all the explaining actually cost more time. As a small business owner who manages multiple properties and Airbnb rentals, I was hoping to use Best Buy for more appliance purchases in the future. But this kind of inflexible, unhelpful service makes that unlikely. To lose a customer over something so small and easily resolved is just bad business. And finally—what if I had been elderly or physically limited? I would’ve been left unable to finish the setup for appliances I already paid to have installed. That’s not just poor service—it’s potentially unsafe. The dryer gets five stars. The delivery and installation process? Two at best.

I just love everything about this Samsung dryer, it's one of the best I ever had. I like the modern appearance and how quiet it is when it's running. It's has so many great features and is very user friendly. My favorite features are the Steam plus sanitize and the refresh. I really like that I can take cloths thats been in the closet for a while and quickly refresh them to wear. It is energy efficient and the drying time is custom to what type of load it is. I get so much more laundry done during the day, and im very pleased with this dryer. Everyone in my household love it. I can control and keep track of everything when I'm away with the Smart Things app so that's a plus. It's a really great dryer and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Bought this dryer on sale after our other one finally conked out. Exceeded all my expectations. Dries quickly and efficiently. Features are easy to figure out and really love the app. Enter the type of items you put in the drier and the app will tell you the best settings to use and will also send you a notification when you’re laundry is done. Visually the drier is stunning. Loving it so far!

I chose this item to match my washer. It is excellent and has all features I need. I like that I can time the cycle. The regular cycle is 38 minutes, and the air dry is excellent refresher.

We bought this to replace a similar 13-year old Samsung dryer. It was still drying fine, but my husband had dried clothes with work tools still in the pockets and nicked the inside barrel enough that it was snagging my delicates (gah!). This is a workhorse and an improvement over the old model in that it seems to dry things a lot faster. I also really like getting alerts on my phone when a load is done so I remember to take it out before things wrinkle (or run on air dry to avoid wrinkles). The only thing I don't like is that the door frame extends further than the old model, so it runs into my laundry basket (I don't have risers). So I can't just leave a basket right in front of the machine anymore.
