    Had to exchange the washer due to dents. The dryer had a dent and the exchanged washer had a small dent. Best buy immediately called and made it right. I've had the units for about a month, no issue so far.

    Amazing smart dryer! I really like that I can connect it to my phone and get alerts when each cycle is completed. I have certainly made use of the steam and steam + refresh cycles in between trips to the dry cleaners.

    Seems to be a good unit only problem I had was damage when it was delivered and I had to wait for a new unit as it was dented so bad in damaged the drum as well as the outside of the dryer
