My previous Samsung dryer runs for over 1 hr and 15 minutes. This one can do the same thing in 45 minutes.

I contacted Samsung who uses a 3rd party for repairs. The 3rd party is almost impossible to get a hold of & when they schedule you they tell you all appointments are “tentative”. We’re going on a month later with 3 different scheduling appointments that have all not shown up on the day of said appointments. At this point American Home Service warranty is going to repair this because Samsung can’t/wont step up & do anything besides say it’s out of their hands. So much for standing behind their product. Def do not recommend Samsung.

I stacked them and they work fantastic. They have many options for washing and dryer, including steam. The lint trap for dryer is a great design. No more lint all over dryer.

The sensor to determine moisture left in the clothes works wonderfully. We like the fact that when a cycle is finished, we get a message on our phone that the cycle is complete.
