It makes an awesome work ! I love that I’m able to do other stuff at home and receive a notification in my phone when the clothes are already dry !

So far so good. I did notice for the dryer put on bulky setting instead of normal bc my load wasn’t dry enough on normal. But besides that, they’re great!

Havent had a new set in 12 years. Seems to make laundry go by quick and painless.

This dryer has been great so far. It work perfectly right from the start and hasn’t had any issues since purchasing…unlike its washer counterpart.

Overall great thus far 3 months in. Quite and app lets you know when loads are done and suggests preventative maintenance.

Dryer works well has the steam feature that gets out wrinkles. Like the front load feature.

Experienced a loud grinding issue in the first few months of ownership. The unit was still in warranty, so Samsung had a someone come out to fix it. A few months later, with the unit now out of warranty, the unit has an even louder grinding problem and Samsung refuses to pay for the fix. It's the exact same problem we reported during the warranty period, but the "expert" didn't properly fix it. Now that we are beyond the warranty period, Samsung is saying the repair is on my dime--this is borderline theft and terrible support. I would understand if it was a new/distinctly different issue, but it is not. Very disappointed and will avoid Samsung products going forward.

Very nice and matches our washer. Had many different dryer settings.

I fell in love with this dryer when I saw it. I haven’t had it very long and it’s already giving me problems. No matter what setting on choose or temp on the dryer it turns off within ten minutes of starting and I have to restart every ten minutes for it to dry my clothes. It’s super annoying and a waste of time.
