I got this washer in the summer and sadly it was recalled, i really loved it so when the new one came out i got it again. I was assured that the issue with the old one has been resolved. So I am happy again

We were hesitant in getting a top loader because we always buy front loaders. But I love this top loading machine with the "SOAK" tray. We LOVE this appliance, the ease of use and the clean look of it too.

I am super happy with it. The only thing that surprises me is how long the cycles take. My old washer was 11 years old, so maybe in the past decade they've figured out that in order to get clothes clean, they need to set the cycles longer.

Wash and rinse is good but the spin cycle is ineffective. Also I received the product with scratches and I called and was offered a 15 percent refund which I didn't receive yet.

First one was replaced due to water not draining and not going into Spin cycle. So far good with second one, but Samsung just issued a recall on it so we shall see how that goes.

Got this washer to kinda match my dryer love all the cycles tells me when it needs to be cleaned. The only thing is I hit my head on the sink part of it every time I empty it!

Nice sleek looking washing machine from Samsung - our older unit died recently and we wanted to go with something modern. We are a family of five and needed a larger washer.

This washer has excellent features that probably fit the requirements for most families. The water level sensor is very good as is the soaking basket. Price was very competitive.

washer cleans good when it is not unbalanced. Every other load it errors and is unbalanced and it takes 4 hours to wash a load

Great Product but if clothes are very dirty you want to always use heavy duty wash cycle and be sure to use the pre soak feature.

I love my new washer and dyer. The guy was so helpful. I went from a front loader to a top loader. He showed me a great selection, also telling me the benefits of each brand

This is the washing machine that is recalled. I have only owned it for 5 months. Two weeks ago it started making a loud racket during the spin cycle. We turned it off. After watching the news recently, we learned what was wrong. We called Samsung which offered to send a tech out to repair it. They also said we could also get a rebate if we purchased another one. I am still making payments on this thing and feel it would be much easier if Best Buy would just exchange it. I do not have enough credit available to buy another and wait 5-6 weeks for Samsung to send me a rebate. I'm very frustrated and afraid to do laundry now.

Works pretty good although Ithe sometimes takes a while to wash clothes .. it spins I think it's sensing the wash load but other than that it has a bunch of wash modes and lid to hand wash single items which helps

Amazing washer and the sink feature is a great thing to have. We use it all The time. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is in the market.

Works fine so far,but didn't want it because the recalled wanted to be safe,hope I don't have a recall on this one

This is an excellent washer. Satisfied with the wash cycles and doesn't make much noise. Will definitely recommend.

Still getting use to it but it has ALOT of nice features that should pretty much accommodate anyone's special needs. I give it 4 stars because of the lengthy time it takes for most of the cycles

Living up to expectations and beyond just need to get used to the lid attachment so I don't bump my head, no big problem. got to use my head for something

I had to replace my previous washer and was looking for something economical that would get the job done. So far, this washer has worked out nicely.

Got rid of my front loader and went back to the top loader. Kept the front load dryer but something about a top load washer that I think does better.
