A: This is actually not on the recall list? I searched the model number and everything and this specific model is not on recall. So, maybe it just looks like your washer that is recalled but they have updated it to a newer and fixed model.
Q: This model doesn't have a Fabric Softer dispener
A: Yes, it does on the pull out tray at the top of the machine.
Q: How long is the quick wash cycle? Mine is 36 minutes and that's too long for small loads.
A: Mine is the same amount of time.
A: Wash basket does not get in the way when loading clothes but you might hit your head when taking clothes out of machine. Once you get used to it you can avoid hitting your head. Basket clicks into place onto the lid so you do not have to hold it up.
