Recalled. -- Don't Buy!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased this washer a few weeks ago. I loved it but subsequently learned it is being recalled. It took 90 mins to reach Samsung cust svc. They set a repair appt but the technician never came. I called two more times. Finally a tech came to my house only to tell me this is one of 4 Samsung top load washers that can't be repaired. My only option now is to buy a new washer & get a rebate from Samsung to cover the cost. A colossal pain! Best Buy shouldn't be selling this model anymore!
