I didn't want to buy the washer machine because of how it looks but it's pretty good. Love the basket it comes with especially since you can turn on and off the water needed when using it. The only thing I don't like is, compare to my last washer machine, this one doesn't let me change the settings ones the waher machine has started. So in other wards, one needs to make sure they want those settings before they press the start button. I love the LED light setting it comes with. The washer machine is white although I cannot place anything on top of this machine without it dropping it on the floor so I would recommend to get a place to put all the laundry detergent, softener, ect. Somewhere else. Also, the laundry detergent and softener container is inside the machine which too me a bit to get used to. Overall not too bad.

Love this washer highly recommend. Would buy Samsung products again.

So quiet you don't even know it's running! Despite the recall on the earlier model, we still purchased this bc Samsung has never let us down. And they still haven't with this purchase!

Price: After researching HE top load dryer and washer, it was one of the lower price for new models. Washing: Does the job and very quiet Overall, great washer. It's a little big for my apartment laundry closet as the doors can't be closed

We are very happy with this washer. The clothes are clean even though I was skeptical since there is no agitator. It is much bigger than we need, and even though it takes longer to run each individual load, we are washing fewer loads.

Easy to use. Not thrilled about the hand wash basin only because it is hard to see through. As far as a washer very solid with lots of options for how and what you wash. Can't tell yet on reliability since we have not had it long enough and our last Samsung was recalled. We'll see.

I'm on a well and love that this washer doesn't use a full drum of water like the 10 year old model I had. Settings to clean anything a family needs. The instructions did say it could connect to my phone to send me alerts but I couldn't figure it out. Doesn't bother me that much though.

I go this washing machine on Black Friday for a great deal. It gets the job done and is huge! I really like the fact that I can wash multiple blankets and the come out equally washed and fresh with minimal amounts of detergent.

Replaced a front loader that was 6 years old and had so many issues. This machine is great. Quiet, many modes and the wash basin has been used more than we thought we'd use it.

Love this washer. Washes well, can hold extremely large loads. Haven't washed my comforter yet but i am positive it will do a good job, has a bedding cycle. Also, it balances the loads. Love the built in sink feature. So happy!!

I purchased for my daughter and her family. Great investment. Large capacity lets her keep up with all the dirty clothes from her two young sons and is not having to wash constantly. It is easy to use and very efficient.

This washing machine met my critical criteria of being compact enough for my laundry area within the room and great looking to complement the newly upgraded décor. Great price, on-time delivery, and it runs very quietly.

Replaced a front load washer that constantly develop the mold issue common to that design. This may be using more water per load but at least it won't have that same problem. Took one star off as it wasn't as silent as I hoped it to be... and no available pedestal either.

We really liked this washing machine but now it is being recalled by Samsung, so it is being replaced by another Samsung for about the same price. Big inconvenience but we decided to give them another chance.

This replaced a 15-year-old Kenmore old-school agitator machine. The Samsung can wash a lot of clothes at once - so much that our large dryer can barely fit a full load (consider that issue if you're getting a huge machine). There are more cycles than you need unless you're really retentive about these things. Clothes come so out much drier, saving money on dryer use as well. The drum spins so fast that I'm guessing you could use it to enrich uranium or maybe wormhole into another universe. The built-in basin seemed like a gimmick at first, but has gotten a lot of use for hand-washing unmentionables. The basin does obstruct your view of the drum, and sometimes I wish I could just look in and watch towels spin at relativistic speeds.

We love our new dishwasher. It is so quiet and cleans well. The only thing I wish it had was a light or something that showed it is clean. It sings a song but once the song is over there is nothing to show it is clean.

This Samsung washer is the best yet. We had to replace a Sears purchace and s;o far we are very pleased with the unit. We did not look forward to replacing our washer after only 2 years, even with the discount.

Great Washing Machine and very easy to use the settings and it holds so much more laundry than my old one. I can get may Laundry done in half the time now.

My wife and I hadn't heard of this particular machine until we were in Best Buy, so we looked it up and read some reviews. There were concerns that a previous model would 'break' under certain conditions. The Best Buy staffer on duty was fluent in that topic and assuaged our fears. Pros: - Large capacity tub w/ no middle agitator for clothes to wrap around. - Numerous cleaning cycles to choose from, including a self-cleaning cycle. - Built-in "rinse sink" for pre-treating clothing before the wash. - Interesting soap dispenser tray that helps keep detergent from spilling all over the machine. Cons: - Tub is very deep, could be a problem for smaller individuals to reach the bottom - Although lacking an agitator, I sometimes find laundry items spun into a nice, tight, wrinkled package. All in all, it's been a good machine.

Best money ever spent on a washer ever. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Love that there is no agitator so comforters can be washed with ease. Nice music at the end of a cycle is good touch
