Very efficient washer, has allot of nice features and affordable.

The first two weeks we had it, it kept throwing an error when we used any type of water temp setting other that cold. Turns out the hose washer was folded in half during install by BBGS and I needed to fix the connection. Once washer itself is pretty awesome and does massive amounts of laundry at one time. Saves me lots of time doing wash on the weekend.

We had this machine before the recall from Samsung. I loved it and I was very disappointed that it was recalled. This machine is big enough to handle large loads and does a very nice job. It has lots of settings to use.

I've had this Washer for 11 mos. and I love, love, love it. I went back to a top loader so that I am able to soak what I need to instead of in the bathroom sink. The wash basin is awesome and exactly what I wanted. The steam and the deep cleaning feature gives me confidence that my husbands dirty work clothes are sanitary.

We've had it running for about 3 weeks now, so not a long term review. We moved and gave our 11 year old Whirlpool Gold old school washer to our neighbor. That thing was running like the day we bought it and it was pretty basic. We decided to switch to a more high tech washer with more features. The great part is we can do larger loads now, the bad is we'll get error codes quite a bit. This means we have to look up in the manual to see what the code is and then try to fix it. Most of the time now it's an unbalanced load, which we can't figure out. I'm just incredibly happy I purchased the extended warranty.

We buy best washer we can find. We buy best from good people and nice to. Everyone answer questions. Deliver no issue. So fast and simple! Washer clean clothes good. Washer nice, pretty, easy use to. I solve how to fast!

my last Samsung washing machine was recalled so I replaced it with this newer model. I had no complaints with the older one and the same is true with this one. It's quiet and efficient and easy to use.

The clothes are having a better life with this washer. Not too noisy. And a big drum with huge capacity that I can was my comforters without a problem.

This washer is amazing. The active wash is GREAT! I use it all the time. It's great for washing dedicates and also works great for washing shoes. The sky is the limit on what you can wash with the active wash.

This washer is large enough to wash king size bedding and large comforters. Quiet. Love the different settings.

This washer replaced my Samsung washer that was recalled. I was so happy with my old one I chose to stick to Samsung. This time I upgraded to a 5.2 Capacity from a 4.2. I love this washer. It has so many options and I love the wash tub in spite of the fact that I do have a utility tub in my laundry room. It is so convenient rather than carry wet items to the washer. I went with the Platinum color which is so nice. I was so impressed with the washer I went and ordered the matching dryer. My only issue is I am only 5'4" and since I went with a large capacity I cannot reach the bottom of the washer even on my tip toes so I use a reacher to get the laundry out.

I received notification of a recall of my previous Samsung washer and although I had not experienced any problems, I opted to stick with the Samsung brand. This washer has some new features that I have not used. The rinse sink is a great idea, but I am unsure if it is a necessity. I tend to hit my head on it while reaching into the bottom of the washer drum. If I had not gotten such a good deal with the rebate from the old washer, I would have done without this feature. Overall a well performing appliance that cleans well and is extremely quiet

Great large capacity washer. The drum is deep and will hold a substantial amount but is difficult to reach bottom for short statuted individual

Have had pretty good experience with Samsung up until this washer. It didnt even make it through the 3rd wash then it made really loud noises and stopped working all together. Throughly disappointed with Best Buy inthe way they handled the whole situation as well, the washing machine is still here after 3 weeks and me telling them to come get it.

I read & heard about Samsung's new washer in ads and online. Upon visiting Best Buy & talking with Kevin, I learned he has the same washer at home and loves it. I talked it over with my wife, and returned the next day to make the purchase. All Best Buy salespeople were very friendly and helpful.

Works good and gets clothes clean. Large capacity. Don't really use the extra attached sink. But if you put it down it's easy to get to the detergent dispenser. Pretty quiet.

Well I wasn't in the market for a washer at the time mine was four years old and in November they issued a recall on mine so I was in a hard place getting it fixed or $160 rebate check and since mine was starting to show damage because of this recall they would not fix the damage mine had so that night I went to to the many stores put the model number and serial numbers in they were all recalled but this model was the only one. That was recalled. So I placed my order and got it. And it's worth it only downside is my wife can't reach the bottom of the washer but I like the washer don't have a matching set but I can deal with it

I love that I can wash a king size comforter in this washer. The spin cycle is smooth and quiet. Everything comes out much cleaner than my prior machine (which was a front loader).
