It takes care of all size loads and washes my queen size blankets like nothing. I needed the large size for my family of 8. Quick cycle washes the clothes in 30min, so I don't have to spend my 1 day off washing the entire day. Saves water and energy efficient. Only thing is that it is really deep, had to buy a stepping stool to get the clothes on the bottom but for me that is not a big deal, it's worth buying and I would recommend this washer to my friends and family. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Bought 3moths ago and I have not had any issues.

2nd Washing Machine that BROKE in 6 months!

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Sad thing is.... It was GREAT WHEN IT WORKED....did a fantastic job on the clothes...I'm just so angry that it is not durable!

Shorter people may want to look at a different model though. I'm 6'-1" and have no trouble reaching the bottom but my girlfriend who is 5'-3" has trouble reaching clothes at the bottom when the clothes are done.

I am a fan of Samsung but will no longer buy their appliances. This new one doesn't spin out as well (recall issues I suspect) and have to jump through hoops to get the recall completed. Its a nice looking washer with lots of options and one of the largest open top on the market. Space constraints make those important to us.

The washing machine does a really good job at cleaning our clothes and the machine is very easy to use. Highly recommend both the washing machine and dryer.

We have a huge family and it washes so many clothes at one time, it cuts down on how long it takes by half the time. The hassle that we went through with BestBuy delivery was a disaster but the product itself gets 5 stars.
