As a parent, the pretreat tray with the jet wash basically takes the annoying step of soaking in the sink out of cleaning those heavily soiled baby/toddler clothes when "accidents" happen. This also comes in handy with my work clothes.

The delivery personal were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Provided a verbal tatorial that was simple and to the point.

Works well, but the touch panel buttons need to be pushed firmly to work. My pregnant 5'4" wife is (barely) able to reach the bottom clothes -- easier with a step-stool.

This washer not only looks good, large capacity and super quiet. Clothes practically dry offer final cycle reducing dry time.

Just remodeled to have a laundry room added so bought new Samsung Washer & Dryer. Just installed a couple days ago and love them. Did NOT want another front loader. Tired of dealing with odors and mold. Unfortunately the top loading washers do not have pedestals for the matching Dryers so our contractor built one for me for the dryer and I love having it higher - no bending for the bad back..

Very quiet, clothes come out super clean! All the different settings are great for my particular washing preferences!

This was our first Samsung washer. We debated between this model and a comparable model from LG but the features and costs of this model was very one sided and more favorable. It is very quiet and does a very good job of washing our things. Barely any noticeable vibrations from the spinning cycle and the variety of washing cycles is awesome. I highly recommend this brand and this model.

My family love this washer. Easy to use, build in sink is great for our laundry room that lacks a sink. This machine has lots of room for large laundry loads.

This has a super large capacity and I am in love with the top basket! It uses little water and looks wonderful!

We bought this washer as a replacement for one that we had that was recalled. Very similar to our old one except it is higher and not as wide as the old one. I am not a short woman (5'7") but even I have trouble reaching to the bottom of this washer. I have to go on my tippy toes and lean way over. I can't imagine if my sister who is 5'2" had this washer. She would literally fall into it.

Settings don't allow for manual choice for certain combinations. It automatically sets fill level of water which on some occasions it appears the clothes didn't get clean due to lack of sufficient water. Wash times always take longer than what the timer starts at. The huge drum can handle an impressive amount of clothes. The biggest disappointment is how often it goes out of balance. Often it takes three or four cycles of manually re-distributing the load to finish spinning. Blankets can almost always guarantee off-balance load. The washer tries to rebalance by refilling and mixing again which defeats the purpose of low water usage. There was a major recall and Samsung did give a rebate to cover the majority of the cost of a new washer. The second one was the same model and no better. My previous machine was a Maytag front loader that I think was superior.

I bought this with the dryer. Great improvement from our old washer. I t has a lot of wash modes. i bought this online and had it delivered. The delivery team was professional courteous and did a great job.

I bought this on the basis that LG and Samsung were the top rated washers right now. We had Whirlpools for ten years and they were getting tired. After about 6 weeks my wife likes the washer and says the clothes are much cleaner. It was easy for everyone to learn and the large basin is unbelievable. We do large loads and have put in two throw rugs which we had to take out before. We haven't used the steam feature yet so no comment. Everything else is excellent.

I love the washer it has so much room to fit a large amount of clothes. Self clean, easy to work/use.

It's big in capiciy and I love all the feature. Especially when it tells me it the load has stopped

Don't let the modern exterior design and multifunction capabilities fool you. Even though it has a large drum, it can't handle large loads without always unbalancing. It often becomes unbalanced with medium sized loads. This was a replacement washer for the last Samsung recall so I'm doubly disappointed. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Purchased this since my prior Samsung washer was recalled. Better improvements, speed, and features.

Have had a few months. Works very well. Cycles last a little longer than my prior machine. Will say spin cycle works great. Has cut down dryer times.

Great washer and holds true to doing large loads. I have had the washer for a month and I have not been disappointed in its ability to handle large loads and to effectively clean clothes. I initially was concerned that the pre-wash sink might take away some of the space in the washer tub, but the washer tub is so deep that is not an issue. The pre-wash sink is a great feature and the different wash cycles gives a lot of flexibility in cleaning.
