Great washer for pretreatment of stains, and the sink portion is great for handwashing delicates!

so glad Samsung made this 'same' top loader sans recall ofcourse! Was almost in tears when I saw that my beloved washer had been recalled due to exploding lids etc etc! Although this seems slightly smaller (tub) it is perfect! All cycles have been utilized w/o incident

My wife has always wanted this Samsung set and when we built our new house we got it. I will say it is amazing but I don't use it that much. I'm basing this off my wife's smile when she walks out of the laundry room. Tons of buttons and features. Can't go wrong with Samsung!

Bought this Samsung top loader to replace my Samsung front loader due to fire (4 years old & still worked great). The drum is deep & have to stretch to reach the bottom. The functions are very similar to last washer. Like the no agitator feature. Clothes come out clean

My wife is a big fan of activewash. So I choose this one. White one has price-competitive.

Cycle could be shorter but overall good quality item

The washer has a variety of settings. I have not had to create a setting for myself.

Good top end washer. Our front end loaded Samsung washer broke after 4 years. We decided to try an old top end loader style again and are happy with it. The sink on top is a nice feature for soaking out stains.

I had a front loading washer for years but love the top loader made by Samsung. It makes putting the clothes in much easier. There are also so many options to clean my sports items, versus my husband's uniforms, versus delicate clothes. Really like that.

Spin Cycle is a bit loud. Could be that a I need to replace my floors and the washer is currently on two different surfaces. I wish I could use the app with the washer. Love the pre treat function!

I was not sure buying a Samsung due to recent history of problems with Samsung top loaders but I am happy to say wife and I have used this washer for a couple months now and find it to run smoother and does a great job cleaning our clothes.

We went from a front loader to this top loader moder and couldn't be happier.

We purchased a Samsung washer from Best Buy that came damaged. Since Samsung discontinued the model that we we purchased, Best Buy replaced it with this model which was an upgrade at the same price. Works great. Best Buy was great to work with.
