Works great and looks sleek, works as good as the recalled one

I was quickly drawn to this model as it had a nice clear lid so I can observe the washing load. However there is the hand wash basin that obstructs the view (completely) and you cannot remove it optionally. This wash basin, which will probably get used very very rarely over the course of the life of this machine gets in the way of placing detergent and/or fabric softener; with the lip completely open and the hand wash basin fully up you can only pull out the reservoir so much to fill it with detergent etc. Lastly I've tried purchase the 5 year protection plan for these devices post-purchase without any success. Too bad bestbuy you lost out another $300.00. Overall the idea of the clear top great however since it is obscured I suggest you find another model.

Small loads to extra large, this washer takes care of any size. I love the Quick Wash option!

Switch brands from LG to Samsung. I couldn't be happier. Large capacity and very well made.

Shopped for an LG model, but recent flooding in area limited choices available. Sales rep recommended Samsung, and companion dryer which were on sale for nearly 50% off. Deal was made along with free delivery, installation and removal of old machines. Delivered just before quoted arrival time and completed setup, testing, brief operation instructions, and old appliance removal within 30 minutes! Very Satisfied!

Deep tub makes unloading difficult for the height challenged.

The washer is a good one and worth the money. It almost has too many features for you to choose from. We only use one or two of the options as it is now. However, if we need to do an eco wash cycle or need a jet wash with three extra rinses some time in the future, I guess we can do it at some point since those options are there...
