Over all a great washer for being 2 weeks old. Have not needed the per wash option yet. Easy to use and quite. Need a step stool to reach the bottom of the tub.

This is my 3rd Samsung top loader. The first was recalled, replacement quit in middle of test cycle, 2nd replacement is working ok. Time will tell.

The washing machine works well. It gets the dirty clothes clean. It is difficult for shorter people to reach clothing at the bottom of the basin.

Purchased this washer after older washer died. We had been researching this model and feel fortunate to have found it in stock. Simple to use, energy efficient and looks good as well!

Installation was easy and large size without the center agitator is really good. Lot of clothes fit at a time too. Blankets etc go in with ease!

You can cram a lot of clothes in this washer, but then your drier takes 7 hours. The sink at the top is pretty worthless, and gets in the way.

This Samsung washing machine does a much better job then my old machine and the price of $599 was an excellent buy. Also, this washer qualified for a rebate from my electric company.

I purchased this washer with the dryer and it's by far the best sey I've purchase. It does take some getting used to with all the options. I enjoy the steam function very much.

I had a Samsung 4.2. No problems at all , but I heard about the recall so I decided give another chance and buy another samsung. Happy so far.

Had to buy it twicei. Recalled first had to buy again not fair since price went up. Never can get Samsung on phone.

We had our Samsung washer recalled so we purchased a new Samsung washer so the dryer would match. This was a very good decision because this new Samsung washer is really great.

I got this is chrome and I love it. The store made sure I ordered all the parts that I needed. They delivered it, hooked it up, and it has lived up to everything I hoped it would be.

Love my new Samsung Washer! I am especially enjoying the new single item wash feature that you can use for delicates and single items that needs delicate care during washing.

So far it's a pretty nice washer. Only had it a little over a week, but works good. Tub is big, so you can put a lot of clothes in it.

Haven't used the steam option yet but so far so good. We like the scrubber attachment which is new though sometimes it's in the way.

Love the capacity love the look and the sounds. Does a really nice job with the wash. Is very deep so sometimes need grabbers to get the last socks at the bottom. Nice machine.

I got a really good deal on this fabulous washer when there was a recall issue with my other Samsung washer. It has a lot of great features and I couldn't be happier.

Very happy with our purchase. Like large tub, although may be problem for people shorter than 5'4". Would buy again in a 2nd.

Good washer. Not as quiet as I had hoped. Also know you need to be tall to reach the bottom of the drum to pull the clothes out.

I am still trying to learn all the features of this washer! I have done numerous loads of laundry though and am happy with this washer! It is very quiet when operating
