I had deliver this on Dec. 5th & overall performance is good but it's been 3rd time it happen continuously going back & forth Rinse and spin for hours, Had to manually take out wet cloth and put back. or need to shut down take out cloth and put back to get it done. I don't know factory warranty will be able ot help me fix this issue.

The built in sink is very handy. And the option to circulate the wash water makes efficient use of the detergent. Plenty of wash cycle selections is an extra bonus.

The best feature about this washer is that it can wash a king size comforter easily. Other than that, no complaints. It has been solid for years.

We’ve had it for one year and it has performed well. Cleans cloths very good, no problems getting football uniforms clean. Large column is a plus.

I have had this unit about a month. So far, it exceeds my expectations. Very modern and convenient control system. It even plays songs at the end of each cycle.

I switched from a front load to this top load washer, so big difference for me and I'm a bit disappointed. I haven't found anything major that I don't like. Minor annoyances are that the top delicate wash basin is not removeable...I'd prefer to be able to see the laundry while it is washing. Also, sheets get very tangled. On a positive note, the basin is huge and holds plenty of laundry.

So much happier with this washing machine than the front load we only had for 4 years! Very happy so far though we've only been using it for about 2 weeks.

Great washer, bought it as open box item for 100 bucks less then regular price. Would of bought the smaller one for a better savings but too late for that lol

This is a great machine. So many functions! Can already see a difference in how clean our laundry is. Even enjoy the chime at the end of the wash.

The pre-wash add on tub is awesome. Use to rub out tough stains by hand before, but now use the small tub and it works great. Easy and functional.

I'm going to make it clear at the start of this: Do not buy a Samsung device if you expect to get support. Their customer support will send you back to the retailer as fast as they can so they don't have to deal with you. Luckily, Best Buy did a fantastic job of making sure they did all in their power to ensure we had a washer again after this one was DOA. It was delivered and setup, then I ran a load of laundry. The washer did fine at the wash cycle, pumped out the waste water, then failed to switch to the rinse cycle, throwing an "8C" error. This is a bad Mems sensor. When I called Samsung support, they had me calibrate the drum (went fine) and retry. It failed again. When the person on the other side of the line seemed out of options (After telling me 8C doesn't exist, then why would the washer tell me that...), they punted saying "You need to go back to Best Buy" - they never once wanted to do a warranty fix. I asked multiple times for a repairman and they continued to refuse support. What is the point of a warranty if you can't use it? Another thing is that if they find out you installed yourself, they'll force you to call an installer to "have it properly installed" - again, finding ways to worm out of their warranty that DOES NOT say that you need to have it professionally installed for support. In short - stay away. Product support is severely lacking and this is my last Samsung purchase.

We love our Samsung house hold. Next we will be looking at the Samsung refrigerators. We have phones, smart televisions now our washer. Love them all!!!

This is a great looking washer functionality is easy steam cleaning cleaned real good wash basin is real deep and holds lots of clothes

I unfortunately bought one of the Samsung washers that got recalled. I was concerned about another Samsung but I have had no issues with this one

Highly recommend this if you are in the market for a new washer. There are different wash types for just about anything and it works great!

Got this has a replacement for my recalled washer from samsung. So far no issues.It quitely does its job

Just bought a month ago and no issues so far. I am glad that I am tall because the washer is very deep.

My wife and I had a front load LG and hated it. The clothes always had an odor. We switched back to this waster and the odor is gone. Great.
