You can not add laundry detergent into the drawer provided from the bottle, wash sink is totally in the way. looking to cut it off to get it out of the way. Good idea, very poor execution. Should try to get a human being to try the product before launching it to the public.

Had frontloader before this one much happier with toploader

Got a steal on this washer that does it all and doesn't leak like front load washers.

Best Buy was horrible about their delivery. Delivery was set up for a Saturday. I received countless emails and automated voicemails both Thursday and Friday prior telling ME to make sure that I was there for their ON TIME delivery between 8-10 am the following day. Not only did they NOT show up but NO ONE even called me! I spent cumulatively OVER 5 HOURS on hold trying to figure out WHY I did NOT receive one word about my lack of delivery. Then I had to wait 3 more days for the washer to be delivered. The product itself is typical Samsung...VERY loud and still vibrates a lot and gives the alert when it is off balance which tends to be often, even if I have perhaps 5 towels in the wash. I would NEVER purchase a Samsung appliance again (I unfortunately fell for the $295 check that they promised to owners of the recalled washers; which I have yet to receive) and never buy an appliance from Best Buy. The measly little 10% off was a joke for the trouble I went through. Horrible experience from the start and now continues with a substandard product. Wish I would have gotten an LG.

To be honest it takes longer to do my laundry but i dont have to be at the laundry anymore
