Beyond love our new washer. It works great, runs quiet, it's the perfect addition to our new home.

We were a little concerned after some issues with Samsung washers in the news lately, but so far, so good. Easy to use and looks great. Gets clothes cleaner than our 7 year old whirlpool it replaced and uses less water. Only drawback is it takes longer for cycles to complete, however, since it's drum is so much larger, you can wash more at a time. My issue now is that the wife now wants the matching dryer.

Replaced similar machine that was included in Samsung top load washer recall. This machine has larger capacity and additional features. Unless you are at least 6 feet tall a step stool will be needed to retrieve items from the bottom of the deep tub. One oddity, Samsung failed to include a wash cycle for towels with this machine.

The washer was easy to hook up and simple to learn to use. its quiet when it's being used and it helps leave my clothes smelling more fresh. I like that the control panel is on the top as opposed to more up front as I have a toddler and the control panel on the front would have been the perfect place for her to be able to reach and play with it. I don't have to worry about that with this washer though.

Oh my goodness this washer is awesome and the size of the tub is crazy. I can fit an entire king size comforter along with bed sheets without any problem. I will say at first it threw me off trying to figure out where to push for load size, but figured out later its done differently. The first minute of your wash it balances out the load on it's own, nothing for your to decide as the machine does it all.

I bought this washer to replace a 15 year old front loader that intermittently wouldn't completely spin dry loads. The warranty was up and would have been too costly to repair. Was looking for a replacement with a large tub to wash bedding. Also, liked the the bonus of having the little wash basin and water source available right on the washer as I don't have a sink in my laundry room. Lots of choices for cycles; I keep the user manual on the dryer still to read up on all of them. Love the display and the information you get when choosing a cycle, especially how long it will be. My old washer didn't show me this. Most of the time, I just choose Super Speed, which only takes 36 minutes . Maybe the only complaint is that the tub is so deep that I have to use a little wooden step in front of the washer to get clothes out of the bottom ( I'm 5'5"). However, I'm ok with doing this to have such a big tub to be able to wash my own bedding and not have to go to the laundry mat ever again! Best Buy was having a sale on this one when I needed so I saved quite a bit on the price. I've only had the machine for less than two months ... So far, so good!

I bought this for the color, as it fits my redecorated laundry room better. I'm tall (6'1"), which you need to be as this is very deep. I can wash a ton in this compared with a 12 year old Whirlpool top loading agitator model that it's replacing. I will say that I miss the old washers...I'm still not 100% convinced that it cleans as well as it's supposed to. I typically load the laundry and hit the water button that's meant for the wash pan so that I can get the clothes a little wet to increase the weight, which results in the washer adding more water to the wash cycle as it thinks there is more laundry. Overall a good buy when on sale. Haven't experienced any reliability issues yet in the first year of using it. As with all the new HE washers, it takes forever to complete a load. I typically add the deep clean and extra rinse just to be sure the clothes are as clean as I can get them. One note: the white lettering on the detergent dispenser has come off as a result of being exposed to drips of liquid laundry detergent.

Love my washer only thing is I'm short so its really deep and hit my head sometimes with the preacher but besides that I'm in love lol. Great investment indeed.

This is the third Samsung washer we have had in our home in the past few months. This is the one that Best Buy said was not going to get recalled. Then it was recalled. The washer has been great. WE never had any issues. Couple things we don't like so much, but no actual problems. Washes clothes, coats, football gear, Hockey gear, and bed spreads with out issue. Jeans come out knotted though. They are clean, just knotted. turns clothes inside out. I thought I was nuts, but turns out the machine was doing it, not my kid, lol!! Only other thing I really don't like is, the machine scratches really easy. You would think Samsung would use a better quality paint or powder coat, but I think I am expecting too much. Love how big the drum is, the amount of clothes it washes and gets clean is great!!! Cant give five stars though. I worry about the exploding issues.

This washer is really nice, especially if you tend to do large loads of laundry. I haven't used even half of the features but I'm really impressed with that. My only complaint is that it is so deep I have a hard time reaching the clothes on the bottom. If it wasn't for that I would have given it five stars .

This is a large capacity washing machine. Has several different options for you to use as your wash cycle. Am very satisified with this washing machine.

The Samsung washer and dryer we recently purchased is by far the best we have ever had. We can't say enough good things about this brand of appliances.

I love this big top loader. It washes sleeping bags and small loads too. Gets everything as clean as our old front loader but takes larger loads. I like not having to get on the floor to load or unload however my wife is shorter and uses a small stool to reach the bottom of the drum comfortably. She still likes it a lot better than the front loader.

While I immediately was drawn to the looks of this washer it functions even better. Huge capacity and many options. I am very happy with this product.

Read great reviews and bought this top loader. Lives up to the hype. It's great in every way. Thrilled with it. Makes washing clothes fun again.

So far, my wife and I have been very pleased with the performance of the machine. The thing holds a huge amount of laundry - we stuffed a king size comforter into it and it still wasn't full. It holds so much that it takes days worth of laundry to fill it - we ran out of clean socks and underwear one week and had to run the load even though it wasn't full. Also, my wife has a hard time reaching the bottom the tub because it is so deep.
