I’ve had this oven for three months and it’s an absolute dream! All the cooking modes are amazing and I’ve used most of them: air fry, bread proofing (swoon), air sous vide, ect. I love the app and the camera feature too, I can put something in the oven and go workout and just check the camera on my phone. The ability to create a split zone is also game changing and made Thanksgiving a breeze this year.

There are many options for cooking. A must have if you have to cook different meals at once. We have all the major appliance's in the kitchen from Samsung bespoke. They integrate to the kitchen system very nice since we are able to take advantage of the SmarThings system. We like the fact that both are convention oven and also the bottom can be use as airfriger.

This is an oven with all the bells and whistles. Definitely an upgrade from my 1990 model. It’s words well. We have utilized the AI technology as well as several of the cooking functions and all seems to work As advertised. The full user manual did not come With the oven but can be obtained on Samsung.s site. Also the manual Says it’s supposed to come With air fry rack that was not with the stove. There is an issue with the steam clean mode where water dropped down to the lower oven in between the glass. I called Best Buy and they have scheduled a replacement. Overall it seems like a great unit but will see how this plays out.

Stunning. Still a little early to give it a 5 star rating. Have only used, convection and conventional baking a handful of times, air fry a couple and the dual areas in the top for maximum dishes at once. I am still getting used to it. LOVE that I can visualize how my items in the top oven from my phone,

Well-built, great, modern looking wall ovens. Replaced the old SS with this new white glass. Really looks great!

The oven was on back order. So it took a few months to be delivered. But I love it. It is everything you can think of. I just wish it was some YouTube tutorial videos. For some of the features. But definitely a wonderful purchase.

Mi love the new features this double oven has. Quickly cooks food and has split oven zones for efficiency. Matches my new fridge - bonus!

So far works great. I have bad experience with Samsung and I hope this one proves me wrong. I haven’t had one that hasn’t given me a problem yet. But Best Buy is amazing in the service

Do not purchase anything from Samsung. I purchased the entire kitchen suite of Bespoke appliances (double wall ovens, 4 door refrigerator, dishwasher and gas cooktop). My extremely expensive double walls ovens have not worked correctly since they were installed. Within the first few months Samsung replaced the main control board and the entire steam mechanism. My ovens are just a few month over 1 year old and I am still having the same issues. The steam mechanism does not work at all and that has been confirmed by 2 technicians. They now want to just try to replace some part and see if they can get it working (what the tech said). Now the main issues you cannot cook anything in these ovens they either cook way over your set temperature (over 80 degrees higher then set) or they cook at over 100 degrees lower than you set the over. The technicians were at my home yesterday for over 3.5 hours and they are unable to get the ovens to work. I have spent well over 5+hours on the phone with Samsung and Pacific Sales where I purchased the ovens and have ZERO resolution from anyone. The Samsung techs said they are unable to figure out what is wrong with the overs and yet Samsung REFUSES to stand behind their product and actually replace the overs with ones that work. Since they have not a clue what parts to replace anymore nor can they actually figure out what is causing the problem they want to just leave the ovens and see if magically they fix themselves. Please do not waste your time and money buying anything Samsung. I truly wish that when I went to Pacific Sales that the Samsung representative was not there to talk me into spending almost $15k in worthless appliances that they do not stand behind. I should have purchased GE or Whirlpool who actually stand behind their products. Oh and at Best Buy/Pacific Sales they are going to talk you into purchasing a “membership” waste of money they are NO HELP. STAY AWAY FROM ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM AND THEY ARE JUNK.

Purchase was easy. However unit has not been installed yet. Long delay for install is reason for only 4 stars. Other places selling this unit at higher $$$ have same install delays.

All samsung's bespoke line appliances look great. The black glass gives a sharp deep look to it. Create a nice contrast with white cabinets.

The air fry and convection feature has saved us space instead of having a separate air fryer. These ovens are packed with so many features and I really enjoy using them every time I cook. Has helped reduce cooking time and love the camera feature. Very pleased with this purchase.

Pretty good but not good for short people… packed with features but downside is the camera feature is only on the upper oven and not lower. So far so good.

Recently purchased for a new build. Provides ample space for cooking multiple different prices to a meal. Integrated with some tech, such as a camera to check in on your cooking process. Also enjoy the air fry function.
