Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this so that I can quietly turn off some outside lights while letting our dogs out late at night or early in the morning while it's still dark. I already have a Smartthings Open/Close sensor on my sliding door and that is set to turn on my "outside lights" when I open the door. But, normally I'd have to tip-toe over to Alexa and try to quietly whisper "Alexa, turn off outside lights." Now, I don't have to worry about waking anyone up to turn off the lights. The only thing I'm disappointed with, is that I read somewhere that the switch has 3 different modes to control 3 different devices.... A quick press, a double quick press and a long press. But, after I added it to Smartthings and enabled the Smart-app for it, it only gave me the option for the quick press and long press. There is no double quick press. Oh well, it works for the purpose I wanted it to.
