Easy to use and set up. Kids use the chromebooks in school so for them to use it at home to is a great and easy way to keep up with their homework.

It's a great chrome book for our freshman high school student who really doesn't need a full computer (and only watches Netflix anyway). Couldn't beat the price either!

Picked up as a gift for my wife and she's not put it down since. Some women love candy and flowers... my wife loves tech and Best Buy always has the best laptops, chromebooks, tvs and more, we're always happy with all that we've gotten. Not having had a chromebook before, it seriously did not take her long at all to get set up and going through emails. I'd say setting up a local printer took the longest, but it was only because of the physical connection; if it would have been a wireless printer, it would have taken a lot less time, I'm sure.

My kids class all use chrome books. She’s been asking for one for a few month. She’s so happy to do extra work on it like she get to do in class.

Purchased for a 9 year old to learn keyboarding on. Great product for this. Price is reasonable for what you get and the chromebook works great!

I purchased this as a burner notebook to do homework on. I ended up using Crouton and installing linux on the side. I am very impressed with the performance I get under linux. I can run all of the productivity software smoothly, web pages load fast, screen is readable. The screen is not the highest quality - look at other screens next to it in store, probably lowest quality, but works.

My mom wanted a computer. She wanted simple. That’s what the chrome book is for her. She gets right on the net and does what she needs to do.

My son uses this computer for school, and he says that it is much better than the chromebooks that were given there! It is powerful for a small chromebook, and you can bring it anywhere with ease! You might need to fix the mousepad a bit, because he complains sometimes that the mousepad gets stuck for a while before returning to normal.

This computer is great for my second grader. It has a lot less apps and other not needed programs.

Product was delivered quickly. The design is small and light without feeling like it was going to break easily. Good battery life and product is easy to operate.

Solid construction and works well especially with the upgraded memory. Not the flashiest laptop but great for a basic no-frills Chromebook.

The exterior is well built. Just the right size I was looking for. Good for basic browsing such as checking emails, playing YouTube videos etc. Worth its price.

School required students to do internet home study. The Samsung 11.6 Chromebook was exactly what was needed and at a great Best Buy price.

I got this chromebook to watch youtube videos on while doing video game playthroughs. It is small and light, and holds a battery charge very well. I highly recommend Samsung products as I've tried a different brand previously, and didn't have similar results for about the same price. Great chromebook, so stop reading reviews and order this one ;)
