Cheap

I asked 2 employees if it would work with what I needed to do. I told them what I wanted to use it for. Was told it would. And we'll they was wrong. And when I tried to return it. I was told they can't return the product. Very disappointed. If I would have known. Wouldn't have got this one

love this chromebook

Great for surfing the web, reading newspapers online, checking emails etc. A bit slower than my macbook but you can't beat the price. does everything I expected it to. solid feel on the keyboard too. I like having 4gb memory as opposed to 2gb

Performs very well without all the extra additions they really don’t need. For what you get you really can’t beat the price, got on sale on-line from Bestbuy.com.
