I have to say that this is just a low-profile laptop which can just do browsing website or writing emails, etc. It cannot replace Windows. The hardware specification is low, but thanks to Chrome OS it can boot really fast. But it doesn't run very fast when you running applications with it, I guess that's just the limit of the low CPU. Although the newest Chrome OS can install and run Android applications now, I don't find anything useful to run on a laptop. Most of the application are still optimized for cellphone or tablet uses not for laptop. It's light weight and battery can last really long for just browsing website (basically that's just what I use it for). The pre-install applications you see on the system such as YouTub, Google Words, Google Spreadsheet, etc, they are just website shortcuts. When you open them, it actually opens Chrome browser directly to the website and do the work on the website. And you will need internet access in order to use it, otherwise it's no use. Not recommend for this product. Manufacture should stop building such crap with such slow CPU. Yes it's cheap but it's not a good experience. Use a better, faster CPU to provide people better experience of the system.

It's small light weighted fast and dependable. I still use it from time to time.

Perfect for my wife not heavy very convenient for her to sit on her lap an take care of our family bills!

This chromebook has been all around great. Very useful for class projects. Awesome for web searching.

The fit and finish of this chrome book are both high class. The functionality is great for this type of product and including a micro SD slot gives it an edge over competitors. Set up was easy and flawless.

Kids use this for homework and limited games. Issue I had was chromebook will not connect to printer that is not google enabled. My fault for not reviewing prior to purchase.

This is a great laptop if you often utilize Google apps such as: Google Docs, Google Google Drive, Google Chrome, etc. It's lightweight with a sleek design but I don't recommend downloading large files with its 4 GB capacity.

PLEASE RESEARCH CHROMEBOOKS BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Contrary to popular belief, Chromebooks CANNOT do everything a PC does. You have to change advanced settings in order to install google apps and most games/streaming apps are not compatible with this. The streaming apps you can use are in mobile format; meaning your viewable screen is 4 inches diagonal. It's like having an actual phone screen glued to your computer screen with the rest black. So disappointed

Great laptop for teens for homework and studying. The price was very affordable for those shopping on a budget. Samsung has always been one my favorite brands and this laptop does not disappoint.

so far my daughter loves this chromebook. It is small and lightweight and just what she needed for 11th grade!!

Quick start up. basically I got this cheap chromebook instead of using my PC to do online searches, since my PC tends to get "malware" event though I am using antivirus programs. It meets my needs for basic web searches.

The samsung chromebook fit my 7th grade daughters needs of having a device to do word processing on and have connection to the internet for research and online activity. Speed is quick...it did take me quite a long time to figure out that in order to connect the chromebook to our printer I had to do it from a mac or pc computer under her chrome account. works well enough for her needs and the price.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and it works great for what he needs. He mainly just needs something to surf the internet and this works great for him. He's very happy with this purchase.
