Samsung, chromebook two great companies. It works great fo me and grandson. Book has keyboard so kid can learn to use it and 11.6 is a lot better than phone or tablet

We purchased this as a first computer for my 7 year old. Was a bit tricky to get the games he wanted on it. But was able to change a few settings with the help of google and it works great.

It’s my first time having a google based notebook.it has apps just like if you had a google phone . I mostly use this to download and do google documents for school.

Bought this for my son to do school work on in his dual enrollment program. Pretty good chrome book, memory could be increased, therefore I recommend getting an external hard drive .

Perfect size for my wife's day to day needs being a teacher. She doesn't need a cd-rom and she already just used google docs so this chrome book has been perfect!

I wasn't sure if I was going to like a chromebook over another windows laptop, but I use it almost exclusively now. It boots up and shuts down almost instantly.

I am a PC person, so I bought a mouse for my Chromebook. I have been able to get everything working, except wireless printing (still playing with this).

Broke after 2 days of use. Graphic card defective. Best Buy did not carry any additional quantities, and refunded the Black Friday price. I purchased a different more expensive brand. Wasn't very happy with the customer service on this one.

Great experience, the Best Buy sales associate was very helpful. The chrome book was not in stock so he ordered for me and I received it in time for Christmas

This laptop is so small and light that you can carry with you any where. Display is excellent. Internet is fast.

started to slow down, battery was not as good anymore, and the time to boot up started taking quite a bit of time...but this is as expected

Brought it home and easy to setup. staff at best buy were very helpful. and went back the next day because it went on sale and got a price match.
