lam quit satisfy with best buy products and points

This is my second chrome book. The first was when they first were issued was an Acer And even though it was an older model it was far superior to the Samson newer model I bought. I think I would go back to Acer again when this one dies

This chrome book is perfect for my sons school work.

This is going back. I purchased it because BB web site lists it as having a backlit keyboard. Either this machine is broken or their specs are wrong. Sweet little machine, but I need backlit keyboard. 3 stars. 4 to the Chromebook, 2 to B.B. for bad info

So last year I bought a lenovo ideapad which was equal price and I thought that was great but I saw this one and decided why not. I love it even more and I'm thinking of letting go of my other laptop. I use a macbook pro but it's a little under 10 years old so it's not as fast as I need it to be for school. This is super compact and love how the keyboard is water resistant and this laptop is basically made for students. I love the quality of this chromebook better than the lenovo because the trackpad can actually register gestures like mac computers can. the lenovo i had to have a usb plugged in and use a wireless mouse because the trackpad wasn't as advanced. i love the chrome os, easy to use and convenient, especially because it moves pretty quickly. I edit all my papers and make slides using google docs, slides, sheets, etc. For the price it does what you need it do. Would definitely invest in another laptop with more features to replace my macbook pro. for now this will do

Really hard to load and play any type of games; keeps adding extensions. Ok for simple things like Netflix or YouTube; have not been able to do anything else with it. Kind of disappointing.

For the price it does what it claims. Very slow! and problems with apps but I guess that may be a Google problem. Kind of wish I would have paid more and gotten a solid PC.

Very let down with Samsung this time! The Bluetooth unlock worked once with my note 8 I could never get it to connect with my stereo. 3 open tabs while streaming forget about it!

I am very unhappy with my chrome book, it's too small and I don't like being in my emails. Not a good product for me.

got this for one of my grandkids. not user friendly but its what the grammar and middle schools use. I wouldn't buy one for myself as I prefer apple products.

I got this for my 12 year old child, and returned it and upgraded to a bigger faster model. Its good for someone just starting out, but not so much for experience users

The keyboard works well as does the trackpad. Screen is on the dark side. Does what I need

Computer is ok. Wouldn't recommend because of speed, screen is very dull & is made very cheap. Price reflects the quality.

At this price, It is really a good one, but it has 64g flash memory, it will be perfect
