Our son is 10 and primarily plays MindCraft and the Chromebook did not have that capability like the sales staff told us it would. We had no problems with the exchange for something that would allow him to do what he wanted.

It randomly restarts with no warning and none of the troubleshooting I've dug up works to fix it, and from what I've read now it's not an uncommon thing for these to have terrible longevity. Otherwise was fine for chatting and schoolwork, but not for much else. I'd rather something age out due to functionality than just. Stop working. I will not be wasting my money on any of these again.

So , I decided that it was time to ditch Microsoft and try this Samsung Chromebook . To date I like it - boots up very fast , easy to set up , nice display , very lightweight , quality build , excellent keyboard , good wifi connection , not complicated , charges fast and lasts all day , good help section in settings , free 110gb storage for 2 years , and it ain't Windows - what's not to like as all I do is surf and read email and store photos . Got a 128gb microUSB for it . Thanks Samsung for a quality product and Best Buy for a good online purchase experience . GrandPa is HAPPY .
