Like Samsun product nice for university and school

Worst Screen display I've ever seen. Surprised it is from Samsumg.

I do not recommend this laptop, we had to replace it twice

Screen went out in 6 mths POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I’ve always owned Apple computer products, but have been having issues with my MacBook. I didn’t have tons of money at the time for a completely new laptop, so I went to Best Buy to check out chrome books since I know they’re more inexpensive. I definitely think this product is 100% worth the price you pay for it. This laptop is small in size (but not too small), so it’s perfect for students or frequent travelers. The obvious down side, is that there is no option for Microsoft Office. Google offers its own line of free doc website such as Google Docs and Sheets, so you can still create documents and share them. This is definitely an amazing option for frequent internet browsers, students, or just anyone looking for an inexpensive computer. This product is lightweight, charges quickly, and I haven’t experienced any software problems!

I had bought this laptop for school. It lasted for about 3 years. After that it gave out. But it worked great for the time it did work. I definitely recommend this laptop for school work.

PROS-This is a great Chromebook! This Chromebook is great for working on documents and browsing the web and watching videos. I love how portable it is and it's lightweight. I love how there's 32 Gb of memory on board, where most Chromebooks have less. Also, I like that there's a Micro SD card slot. I love that there is a HDMI port so I can connect it to my tv. CONS-Sometimes it lags a little when browsing the web but it's not too bad. Overall, I love this little computer! Very affordable and great for working on documents. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

Bought this 5 years ago and it has been a fantastic buy. No trouble and is still working great.

My husband bought me this Chromebook to take with us on vacation so that I could complete some of my online school work while we were away. I was a little hesitant about this one because it is inexpensive and didn't seem as fancy as the other more flashy models out there. I am perfectly fine with it, however, because my main use of it will be to format my notes for my classes when I cannot access a desktop computer and for surfing the web if my phone is occupied by my two-year-old. I agree with the other review that the keyboard is a bit smaller and my backspace game has gotten stronger, but I can live with that. I would definitely recommend this for someone that needs to work on-the-go and doesn't want to be tethered to a heavy laptop or deal with an onscreen keyboard with a tablet.

This is a very basic laptop with not a lot of memory so I would suggesting adding more. Don't expect to play games on it.

Was getting tired of the windows format, so i thought i'd try a chromebook. After a few weeks of research and going to Best Buy and playing with the chromebooks. I did not like this chromebook when i was playing with it, but with it's price point i couldn't pass it up. There is a learning curve, I highly recommend going through the chrome tutorial that comes at startup. What i like are the quick startups and the speed that it goes through the tabs. I'm still learning how the chrome os works, but if you're looking for a good bargain chromebook, this is the one.

First off the this samsung chrmebook is made of alluminum magnesium alloy, the strongest and thin light weight metal. second the keys are like perfect and quite for typing. The battery life is excellent and now you can use android apps like a tablet or phone.. need I say more. Its a must buy at best buy!

Simple and convenient to use-- not a lot of bells and whistles to get distracted by. If you're looking for something two steps up from a tablet, this is a great choice.

This laptop is just as good as the first samsung chromebook which I upgraded to this one from today at the local Best Buy. I love all the features on this laptop and that everything is stored in my google account. This laptop is convenient and versatile. I think this product should cost way more than it does for it's proven quality. 5/5!

I wished the display had IPS because the viewing angle is mediocre. Slightly moving my head from the center will change the color. A 7" Nook tablet has a better screen than these low priced Chromebooks. Granted having low powered displays increases battery life; I wished they would give you the option to select your power scheme. I enjoy watching Google Movies using my Chromebook as a streaming device, but the display is my only caveat.

I kinda hate this thing. I do alphanumeric data entry so the lack of a number pad is greatly annoying. There's no caps lock button and having just written a paper on N.W.A. was tedious to say the least. There's no delete, page up/down or home/end buttons so I have to use arrows for sites that don't let you use the cursor. Also, I find it hard to scroll on many pages/apps and not all of them let you use the arrows to navigate. I can get over the lack of Windows and having to use Google Docs (after my teen taught it to me) so I won't fault them on this (though I was unaware of until I turned it on). I will be giving this to my son when he goes off to college next year because he's used to these functions but as for myself I will be finding a regular laptop for school and personal use. It only gets two stars because I can get my school work done at home and do not have to depend on public libraries like I was before purchasing this.
