The processor speed is absolutely superb. Run multiple applications with great ease. Resolution with movies and games is far better then i expected.

it is the best device I have ever bought

It has 3 type c ports. you can get images on all of them. and the charger is very small type c saves you from a lot of excess. the screen quality is already indisputable.

Very HOT, could be a safety hazard

Overall, this is a good computer with cool features like the 360 design and larger screen. My biggest issue with it is how HOT it gets. The fans are not enough. While it has never overheated, sometimes it is so hot that it literally burns my skin lol. This to me is a safety hazard and has been ongoing since the purchase of the computer. That is literally my only complaint.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop is excellent in terms of performance but can improve in some design aspects it can have track pad like MacBook pro in the center of the laptop and a large track pad, can release two version one with number pad and one without that and let people choose. Samsung pen should have cap with it to ensure it does not have issues if it falls down. Laptop should provide some provision to set the pen with it.

I had high hopes

This laptop was a huge disappointment. It’s barely capable of processing drone data. And incapable of 3D rendering.. it runs AutoCAD, but barely. There is severe amount of lag… the one pro is the screen is beautiful. And very responsive while surfing or something like adobe… there are no cooling fans so once it starts to heat up under a medium load you can put your seatbelt on cause it’s gonna be a bumpy ride… I was told at the store I’d be able to update the ram, which come to find out you cannot!! You are stuck with the 16 ram card for life!! Also. Handle this thing like a newborn baby!! It’s very very very fragile!! It does have the best battery life of any laptop I’ve ever owned… for the price of this laptop you can buy a far more superior machine
