Computer Works Amazing

Touch screen, 2 and 1, and the stylus pen makes it work with ease. This computer is perfect for my graduate school work load.

Quality of the product is also really good. I owned a samsung laptop like 10 years ago and I was not very happy with it, but I can see that this new laptop is built very nicely. I honestly got this lapopt because I wanted to be in a full samsung environment which is quite useful for me.

Samsung Quality, But Average Display

It is fast and reliable. Its only negative IMHO is the screen resolution. It only went up to FHD! My Chromebook is even 4k. For that price, I would expect a better display. if that is not a big deal to you... this is a great machine.

It is affordable, quick delivery, easy to setup and use, with max. features, and easy to travel with. I love the fingerprint login feature. Also, the chat representatives are very knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with.

The only problem is the fan will sound like it wants to take off when the laptop gets warm. Do not have any overheating issues but I did get a stand to help get air flow under it. Performance is great and works well with my Samsung phone

Cons: Tablet mode handling makes for awkward hand placements, and will need to get USB-C adapters for flashdrives, HDMI connections.
