Super fast, tons of memory and fast enough to run games but does still crash when I run Adobe

One of the BEST laptops / 2-in-1 I've ever purchased !! I was due for another laptop and after looking on Best Buy's open-box items, I came across this gem of a buy !!! It's snazzy i7 processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB SSD hard-drive was hard to pass up. Additionally, It converts into one of the largest Tablet-like device (15.6") which works flawlessly !!!

This computer is everything I looked for and needed. It has a touch screen, it has the option to open it to use as a tablet, it also allows you to pair with your Samsung smartphone so you can copy and paste across devices, etc. It has a larger screen size with the number key and yet still remains sleek and lightweight. Great job, Samsung!

This is the BEST computer I've ever had and I've had plenty, from Apple Macbook, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Chromebook all different stages and uses, work/school and personal and this little beast has been absolutely amazing with multi tasking and not slowing down. I love it.

I waited a few months to write a review. It's really a fantastic laptop. It's super fast, works perfectly with my design software as well as managing my husbands business. Absolutely worth the price.

When the monitor on my beloved 360 laptop cracked in 3 places, I set out to get a new one to replace it. It took me two tries before I found the right one, the 2nd generation Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 15.6" with touchscreen. I can’t say enough good things about it. Here are my Top 10 highlights that really stood out for me. FYI – this is NOT a Chromebook. 1. Lightweight – I take my laptop just about everywhere I go. This weighs in at 2.4 pounds and it is very thin and sleek. Now I don't need to give up a larger screen for something that is lighter to carry. 2. OLED display – it is amazingly clear with a thin bezel for a full screen. Plus, the screen automatically adapts to any lighting situation, so it is easy on my eyes. While I am not a gamer, the 16x9 aspect ratio is a perfect fit for watching movies. 3. 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor – super fast response times which helps as you multitask as I am fond of doing. 4. 16 GB of RAM and I TB of storage – as I purchase new laptops, I bring countless numbers of files with me and as a result, need more space. The storage on my previous laptop was close to capacity. 5. 2-in-1 – once you have a 360 laptop/tablet, you can’t go back. I fold the laptop into the tablet on my spin bike, when reading recipes as I am cooking in the kitchen, and when streaming videos. 6. 68 WHr Battery – it lasts about 8-9 hours without plugging it in. 7. S-pen – it attaches magnetically to the cover and the laptop. 8. AKG speakers with Dolby Atmos sound – these speakers rock with crisp, clear sound. 9. Galaxy Book Smart Switch – I was able to easily transfer data from my old computer just by downloading the app on the other laptop and choosing what to move over. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3! 10. Phone link between Android devices – I LOVE this option where I can see my photos, texts, and mobile notifications. I can sync notes and files as well. Aspects I haven’t experienced yet but I want to point out: • the fingerprint scanner • connecting my Samsung Galaxy Tab wirelessly to use a as secondary display. What a handy dandy way to set up multiple monitors while on the go without having to drag along big, clunky equipment with you. • Video chats using the 1080p full-HD camera with wide-angle and a spotlight with auto framing to keep me in focus and not what is behind me. I am neutral about Windows 11 – this is new for me as I am more familiar with Windows 10. My previous laptop came with a sleeve and that address protection was a huge bonus. I don't see many other laptops coming with that. A girl can dream though... The one downside for me is the lack of a USB-A and HDMI port. It comes with a Thunderbolt 4, 2 USB-C, 3.5mm headphone/mic, and microSD card. Luckily, I have a docking station from work and a USB hub expansion, but it I forget to bring it with me when I travel it will cause a problem. In summary, this is a power laptop for personal use. It offers so much that I am looking for and then some more options that are cutting edge.

Best investment I've ever made. I love Samsungs quality. My last laptop lasted for 8 years and still is doing well. I just need to update my graphics driver for work, So that is why I purchase this new laptop. I love it and I would recommend it to anybody.

My new Galaxybook 2 has been an awesome purchase! Wheter utikizing it as a laptop, or flipping it and using it as a tablet, Samsung could not have designed a better unit!

I absolutely love this computer, such a great piece of tech with so many uses. I love the touch screen and flipping capability. The back lit keyboard, everything about it is fantastic!

Laptop is very nice. However; the battery life does not last long. I cannot work on it for more than 4-5 hours without having to plug it in. The finger pin also stopped working in less than a week of owning.

Superbly. It is almost as fast as dedicated gaming laptops but has the portability and features which will make it the go-to choice for business travelers. It is beautifully engineered. The solid-state hard drive and low power needs of the CPU and GPU make fan noise almost non-existent. This is a very quiet device! It seemed very fast when I was using it, so I ran two well-regarded benchmark programs (Novabench and PC Mark 10) on both it and five of my other computers to determine their relative performance. These tests measure both CPU (general processing) and GPU (graphics processing) so they give a good overall measure of a computer’s speed. All five comparison computers were well-maintained, running identical Windows 10 versions with no other programs active. This laptop is running Windows 11. However, the Samsung’s additional 8 GB of RAM would eliminate that performance gap if multiple heavy RAM-demanding programs were in use. OK, that’s a lot of numbers and technical jargon but the bottom line is that you will find this Samsung capable of out-performing anything you currently own (unless you have a really geeked-out special system) and very smooth in running any games or software you may ever buy. Put this elegant notebook to work on most business software and it will never even break a sweat. Use it for photo or video editing and it will calmly do whatever you want, no drama. And you need not hesitate to fire up a graphics-intensive game because it has the power to handle even that core easily. The screen on this laptop is incredible. It uses AMOLED technology, the same as that found on Samsung’s premium cell phones, so it is very responsive and the colors are very vivid with blacks that are truly black. AMOLED also provides the highest contrast ratio (1 million to 1) of any screen type and supports HDR video. The quality of the display alone justifies the price of this laptop! The AKG Dolby ATMOS sound system on this notebook is surprisingly good. I listened to some of my favorite albums from Spotify and the speakers were much better than typical for laptops. They are mounted at the bottom, have decent volume and good stereo separation – certainly good enough for watching Netflix or YouTube videos. It also provides intelligent noise cancellation during Zoom calls. A major plus for this Samsung laptop is the outstanding battery life. I always test laptops by streaming Netflix series on battery power with a bright screen and high speaker volume. The combination of WiFi modem usage, video rendering, screen lighting and speaker volume usually drains most laptop batteries in less than two hours. But this Galaxy Book2 lasted 9.5 hours before exhausting the charge! That is long enough for five full movies or a full season of a TV series and certainly would suffice a traveler for all but the longest international flights. You can thank the ultra-efficient and power-miser Intel CPU/GPU and the new screen technology for that amazing performance. Another advantage for travelers is the compact size (just 14” wide, 9” deep and only 0.5” thick) and very light weight – about 3.2 pounds. The USB-C power cube is tiny (about 2” x 2” x 1”) so it won’t take up any precious space or weight in your briefcase/backpack, plus it can be used to charge your other USB-C powered accessories. The notebook is nicely balanced with a great lighted keyboard, separate numeric keypad and big touchpad, so those who like to literally use their laptop on their lap will be pleased. And since you can turn it into a tablet by rotating the touchscreen all the way around, it is ideal for reading online magazines and newspapers. In the tablet mode the Windows Ink Workspace feature really shines, especially with the included S-Pen. I can see the tablet feature being a big part of the daily use of this Galaxy Book2. If you do presentations, setting up the laptop in “tent” mode is very handy. Other bonus features: Built-in Alexa voice assistant, a nice fingerprint reader key, auto-framing by the 1080P wide-angle webcam, WiFi 6 connectivity, military-spec durable aluminum case, ability to run multiple monitors simultaneously, adjustable keyboard backlighting level, a nice suite of bundled utility apps, great integration with the Samsung family of phones and tablets, Micro-SD card reader which can be used to add up to 2 TB of supplemental storage. What are the weak points? Really, I had to dig deep to find any complaints. • It would have been nice to have a form-fitting cloth carrying case included (as many other notebook brands provide.) • While the laptop includes three USB-C ports (one of which is also a Thunderbolt ulta-speed port), it has no USB-A ports. This means that you will need to invest in a USB-C to USB-A converter cable in order to attach legacy devices. These are inexpensive and Samsung should have included one. • The lack of a USB-A port also means that you will need to use a Bluetooth (rather than WiFi or corded) mouse if you (like me) prefer a mouse to using a trackpad. • It would be nice if they provided a clip to secure the S-Pen to the laptop. I would hate to lose this valuable tool! • Finally, maybe they could come up with a shorter, punchier name than “Galaxy Book2 Pro 360?” But these are really just minor quibbles. When you consider all of its power and functionality you will agree that the price is a bargain. I can enthusiastically recommend the new Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 for both serious stay-at-home power users and for those who need a perfect travel companion.

Great personal home business computer with awsome specs for the price. Slim lightweight design and great screen display.

It get hot very often and does not process very fast. It is now3 years old and still gets the basic task done that I use it for. Definitely not for gaming. Geometry dash glitches quite often.
