I was a bit leery buying an open box. Not any longer. Looks good aesthetically and works even better. Very impressed with the Galaxy Book laptop.

To be fair, this laptop is replacing my 10 year old laptop that gave its all. Here are my thoughts for a non-tech-y user. The screen resolution is outstanding. The speed is lightning fast. It is super lightweight so it feels somewhat fragile. I like the fingerprint reader to make logging in easier.

Love this computer! Very nice specs and the pen design is great. It comes with a coloring app that my family loves. The screen resolution is crisp and vibrant. No problem with RAM as it seems to handle the Adobe Photoshop edits smoothly.

In love with this laptop. I love the 2-in-1 & it's very light weight for the size. Samsung doesn’t disappoint. I watched a ton of youtube videos on all the laptop brands and this laptop is definitely top of the line.

Loving this laptop I had an LG gram 17 2022 model both great laptops I do feel the Samsung is better built and the screen is much nicer. I am a developer sometimes it is nice to be able to scroll the screen real fast by using my finger so this works better for me.

Great, fast and powerful computer. Cant complain on anything much with it. The only thing, which isnt a bash on the computer per say, is that it can be easily scrached on the outside. I ended up vinyl wrapping all the exposed metal to give it a bit more scratch resistance

Good sturdy laptop, works good to support programs like CAD. Plenty of storage space. Good laptop. I gave it 4 stars since it doesnt have usb ports.

I had bought a samsung laptop bavk in 2012. I really like this computer the best. The battery didnt last real long, now having issues with the keyboard & it runs on windows 8.1. I was finally due for a replacement computer. I like how the samsung products integrate with each other, tablet & smart phone

Sleek, light, works great. Screen is beautiful. Good wide screen for people with worse eyesight. Flips into a touchscreen tablet super easily.

Gets super hot while using certain programs, and didn’t really like the difference in the colors on screen versus screenshots/final product when working with editing software and gaming. But otherwise I’m very satisfied! Just get a fan to test it on, and you’ll be fine!

Super nice laptop. Top tier materials and construction. Fast. PD charging. Could use a few USB-a but I can live with it. Only negative is the price. yeah it's a bit pricey.

I haven't purchased a laptop/desk computer in 14 years. So this laptop is by far fast and everything I was looking for.

Fast and nice laptop. My fingerprint reader stopped working all together after windows updates. Tried new bios and firmware. Still nothing. Screen colors are good. Wish it had a better graphics card and web cam.

Excellent laptop. Son uses it for high school classes and loves it. Only charges it ones ever couple of days. Battery life is long compared to other pc laptops. Highly recommended.

Great graphics, speed and super sensitive touch screen. Glad I didnt settle for less. Priced fair for quality. Audio volume range could be better. At times full volumes are not loud enough. (Using Bluetooth speaker works)

Ive been a Samsung user for years , from phines and TV's and electronics. Its my first laptop by Samsung and I'm definitely happy i purchased it . It was hard at first , not being used to the newer windows compared to my old HP . The techs at the store in Ocala Florida are still the best ive delt with so far . They are nicer than the other two stores i have to been to . Stop in and chech them out , , they'll be more than happy to give you a hand.

I really wanted to love this laptop. It was an nice upgrade from my last one, and after looking at the specs I thought it would be perfect for me. When I first started setting it up I was shocked when I got the blue screen of death. I ended up having to factory reset it and start all over again. It will not remember my sign in options. Says the camera is not available. I have set them up over and over again. It also gets hot which was a big disappointment so soon. Then I realized I missed that there is no USB-A option, but I figured I can get a hub. But the biggest issue for me is the number pad. I do bookkeeping and need a 10 Key. This is not one. They moved the +, -, /-,* up top and the is no equals key. That was the deal breaker for me. I am going back to Lenovo who has a real 10-Key number pad.
