Poor Battery life

I bought this in Thanksgiving Nov-2022. The battery life sucks. Even in full charge the battery drains in just couple of hours. This issue started since last few weeks, but I didn't observe it as I was not using it heavily. The problem I am facing is even my laptop is 100% charged in morning and I don't use it then at evening its all discharged. I will be returning this laptop, the product is: Samsung - Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 2-in-1 15.6” AMOLED Touch Screen Laptop - Intel 12th Gen Evo Core i7 - 16GB DDR5 Memory – 1TB SSD - Silver

Crawling Up From the Stone Age.

But the computer does exactly what I wanted to be able to do. So it is strictly a User problem.

cracked hinges

I would have given it 5 stars. But I've owned it 7 months and the 2 hinges are cracked. This laptop sits on a desk all day, not in any situations that would cause this. Samsung says this is not covered by warrantee. I won't be purchasing this again.

But if high performance is the default then the battery performance should be better. Other than that, I love my computer.
