Beautiful screen. Hoping battery life would be better. Battery life closer to 5 hours not 9. Fingerprint ID works most of the time but had to reset it twice so far.

Awesome computer works very fast! Had to get a new laptop for school and got it.

Overall happy with purchase. Plenty of memory and more than fast enough for my needs. Would definately recomend.

We returned this laptop within the return window for numerous reasons. 1. The computer was freezing right out of the box -- it couldn't keep up with regular processes like typing an e-mail. 2. The mouse pad is so big that it interferes with regular typing of emails because the pads of your thumb hit the pad and then the mouse moves everywhere that you don't want it to go. 3. The number keypad is not friendly for those who actually need to 10-key numeric pad. Overall -- very dissatisfied and I don't know if I would ever give them another chance in future years -- especially for the cost of the laptop vs the performance.

We bought 2 identical units! Somehow they have many differences in operations and software! They do work great and the touch screens are very sensitive!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. Respectable spec's for a productivity with good battery life.

This is the most expensive laptop I have ever bought and it gave me nothing but problems. The battery would always die quicker than anyone else's laptop. Microsoft word did not work well with it. I would always have to save, close, and reopen my documents to be able to continue working on them. The laptop would not communicate with my tv or any of my friends' tv's even though my old laptop and everyone else's laptops did connect. Now it is less than 2 years from the time I bought it and while I was doing schoolwork the screen popped up a blue screen saying there was an error and it needed to restart. Well, it never restarted and won't even reset to factory reset options. I am a big Samsung fan for TV's and cellphones, but I will not buy another Samsung computer, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

My son needed a laptop for college. Great product for the money. Best buy staff were very knowledgeable.

Light weight and portable. Plus it is quite a powerful machine; and special Samsung apps are useful.

My daughter in high school loves this laptop. The specs are great and the battery life is unheard of!

ovccasionally crashes in microsoft edge and there is no port for usb-A cords; however, it has a smooth interface and is a sleek laptop

When I opened the box, my first thought was WOW! It looked great visually. When I picked it up, I was amazed at how lite it felt compared to my 13.5” laptop. I haven’t had a large laptop in years. I actually wanted this to replace my desktop. The display on this is gorgeous and large enough for my old eyes. My photos and videos look beautiful and the videos run without a hitch. Everything loads quickly. The setup is typical for windows. It did run a lot of updates out of the box. The touchscreen as well as the ability to use it like a tablet are truly remarkable. It folds up comfortably and can sit a many different angles for using on a desk, or my lap. I do wish that USB ports were still common, but hey, I still wish for dvd reader/writers. I also would have liked a lighted keyboard. That being noted, this is a great laptop. It has the power and capacity to run and hold a lot of data and displays it beautifully. I’m still learning about the things this laptop can do. I failed to mention that it also comes with the s pen. I do wish it had a spot to hold the pen on the laptop so that I don’t misplace it. If you need to replace a desktop or even a tablet this would be a great choice. I’m pretty sure it is a lot smarter than me.
