This was sold as a refurbished unit, but was supposed to be complete. It was complete with the spilled coffee all over the exterior, display and keyboard, but didn't even include a charger. Thankfully, BB took it back.

Best non-Apple laptop ever, and I love my MacBkPro

This is a great laptop. The screen is amazing, has powerful hardware and is premium feeling. I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the fact the fact that mine did not work properly out of the box, so I had to exchange it for a different laptop.

Battery lasted less than 2 years. After spending $1500, I would expect it to last much longer. Samsung support provided no support because the 1 year warranty had expired.

There is missing pen within the package that was received.

I like this laptop, but the charging cable is heavy and clumsy.

Never arrived. I had to go to the store and pick out something different. Finally picked my third choice.

Never buy from best buy. I got the laptop and WiFi and speakers won’t work. I had to deal with Samsung to get it fixed

less than six months and some keys on the keyboard already don't work. It would take Best Buy a month to fix. Their recommendation is an external keyboard. ugh.

The battery is not good Every 30 minute I need to put in , In charger

Purchase this with the high ratings from what the sales person told us and we got it home you cannot plug. Any USB plugs into it you have to buy additional adapters to get that to work. Wish I had asked those questions when we bought the computer. Definitely not happy.

Very cheap quality and I can’t even return the item

What a great laptop! My previous laptop was over 5 years old. It had become slow and the screen was small compared to a regular laptop. The Samsung galaxy book 2 was a very big upgrade for me and worth the money. The first thing I noticed was it’s sized compared to its weight. To give you an idea, the screen measures 15.6 inches and the screen of my old laptop measures 13 inches. Both laptops weigh the same. The galaxy book has a sleek design that make it comfortable to walk around with. It’s light and easy to move around. I also recommend the elegant silver color I choose. The laptop comes with the power cable and the S pencil included. The first thing I noticed when using this laptop is that it’s touch screen! Samsung's competition, Apple, refuses to introduce touch on their Mac books and laptops but Samsung has broadly used the touch screen to their advantage. It works great and it’s a must have feature that I think all companies should use. If you don’t want to use your hand or get finger prints on your screen, don’t worry, the pencil will take care of that. This pencil works great on the screen and you can use it for hours while keeping a strong grip on it. The galaxy book has another unique feature that all companies should start incorporating into their system and that is the 2-in-1 design. It can easily turn into a tablet or allow me to make the screen stand by just turning the screen. This does not damage the laptop in any way. One of the password options in this laptop is the use of finger print which also works very well. My galaxy book has 16gb memory which is more than enough to manage my apps and programs and 1TB HDD, enough to carry all my pictures and videos I had on my other laptop, and much more. Specs states the battery life last up to 21 hours. Obviously if your using the laptop continuously watching videos, streaming movies and music, then the battery will run out faster, but up until now I am very happy with the batt performance and it charges fully in an hour and a half. Because of the pandemic, zoom is now part of our everyday lives so I think it’s important to attend my work calls using a clear camera and galaxy book has exactly that. One of the first things I checked was the camera quality and it looks very clear even in a dimly lit room. The touch pad is large and comfortable to move around in. Samsung Galaxy Book has 1 year of free warranty which I love. Overall, the engineers have definitely designed this laptop with the comfort of the customer in mind. I am very pleased and will be recommending it to all my friends.

This computer offers nothing new or innovative. I can't even use touch pads for lighting and sound. It is a source of frustration and I might be returning it.

The computer is super lightweight, has a beautiful screen, crisp text, a good keyboard, operates very fast, and sounds twice as loud when Dolby Atmos is engaged which you should do if you test it at Best Buy.

Good computer. Lightweight and quick. Only downside is it only has usb-c ports... but that is doable.
