Overall great after I bought the pegs to prop it up to keep it from overheating. It will get warm if you leave it on a flat surface pretty quickly, but the leg stands I bought help elevate and cool it.

I had bought a samsung laptop bavk in 2012. I really like this computer the best. The battery didnt last real long, now having issues with the keyboard & it runs on windows 8.1. I was finally due for a replacement computer. I like how the samsung products integrate with each other, tablet & smart phone

In love with this laptop. I love the 2-in-1 & it's very light weight for the size. Samsung doesn’t disappoint. I watched a ton of youtube videos on all the laptop brands and this laptop is definitely top of the line.

Super nice laptop. Top tier materials and construction. Fast. PD charging. Could use a few USB-a but I can live with it. Only negative is the price. yeah it's a bit pricey.

Gets super hot while using certain programs, and didn’t really like the difference in the colors on screen versus screenshots/final product when working with editing software and gaming. But otherwise I’m very satisfied! Just get a fan to test it on, and you’ll be fine!

Does everything I was looking for in a laptop. I enjoy the conversion to tablet mode as well. Only thing that is a minor inconvenience is needing to buy adapters for USB-C as usb/HDMI ports are now obsolete.

Excellent laptop. Son uses it for high school classes and loves it. Only charges it ones ever couple of days. Battery life is long compared to other pc laptops. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to love this laptop. It was an nice upgrade from my last one, and after looking at the specs I thought it would be perfect for me. When I first started setting it up I was shocked when I got the blue screen of death. I ended up having to factory reset it and start all over again. It will not remember my sign in options. Says the camera is not available. I have set them up over and over again. It also gets hot which was a big disappointment so soon. Then I realized I missed that there is no USB-A option, but I figured I can get a hub. But the biggest issue for me is the number pad. I do bookkeeping and need a 10 Key. This is not one. They moved the +, -, /-,* up top and the is no equals key. That was the deal breaker for me. I am going back to Lenovo who has a real 10-Key number pad.

Great graphics, speed and super sensitive touch screen. Glad I didnt settle for less. Priced fair for quality. Audio volume range could be better. At times full volumes are not loud enough. (Using Bluetooth speaker works)

I was a bit leery buying an open box. Not any longer. Looks good aesthetically and works even better. Very impressed with the Galaxy Book laptop.

I've had this product for a little over a month and my experience so far is good. The computer is slick, elegant, lightweight and beautiful. The colors on the screen are vibrant and the software very responsive. I use this for personal use, not for work, and I'm not constantly on it so I don't know yet if there is any issues but so far I'm loving it. I definitely love I can connect my phone and use it without having to actually use the phone, while I'm in the computer,and, though I'm not a tech savvy, I can tell this is very modern and advanced. I'm learning new things with it. I'm very happy with my computer!

I have owned this laptop for about 3 weeks now. Once you understand the differences between windows 11 and whatever you were using it is great computer. Also you may have to purchase some type C connectors, for example HDMI

I purchased this computer after learning that a Chromebook isn’t a good option for zoom use. The Samsung computer is easy to set up and works flawlessly with zoom and facebook messenger calls. Battery life is reasonable.

Sleek, light, works great. Screen is beautiful. Good wide screen for people with worse eyesight. Flips into a touchscreen tablet super easily.

Fast and nice laptop. My fingerprint reader stopped working all together after windows updates. Tried new bios and firmware. Still nothing. Screen colors are good. Wish it had a better graphics card and web cam.

I've been using this laptop for almost 3 years now. Overall, this is a good computer with cool features like the 360 design and larger screen. My biggest issue with it is how HOT it gets. The fans are not enough. While it has never overheated, sometimes it is so hot that it literally burns my skin lol. This to me is a safety hazard and has been ongoing since the purchase of the computer. That is literally my only complaint.

So far this system is amazing and I’m still finding new things I like about it. I’m in love with the pen where I can write on the screen and take notes or keep track of things.
