I got this laptop and I am in love. It’s so many cool features on it. It also came with a pen, I was so impressed. I’m happy I bought this product.

First Samsung laptop

Information that was transferred from my old laptop over by the Geek Squad have not operated correct. Still waiting for another appointment to try to get set up correctly. So far not very happy with it for the price paid.

Smooth communication with my Galaxy Note. S-Pen functionality is as I expected. BestBuy purchase experience was very friendly and effective. It was delivered as promised. No issues.

I’m not super computer savvy but not a total novice either. I find it to be pretty user friendly and easy to navigate. I’m sure the more I use it, the more I will love it.
