The laptop is sleek and great looking but lacks basic processing power. It crashes with basic word processing tasks. I don't recommend it and wouldn't buy it again.

The Samsung Book2 Pro 360 is an incredible laptop both in appearance and performance. The laptop is light weight and very slim. The case is beautiful in the silver finish. Performance comes from the new Gen 12 i7 processor along with 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD drive. This laptop is super-fast. Samsung uses an AMOLED touchscreen display and it looks fantastic. At 15.6 inches I find myself using the laptop to stream movies at night. It rivals my 4K TV’s even though it is only 1080P high def. It has a very nice backlit keyboard which includes a number pad which is a nice feature. I do a lot of number centric work and having the numeric keypad is a must. It comes loaded with Windows 11 and set up was easy. You can set it up using a password or via the finger print reader. Once I got it set up, I downloaded all of my apps and pictures from my One Drive account and that’s all that was needed. The laptop is hinged and transforms into a tablet. I did notice that the speakers which are on the back of the laptop get muted when using it as a tablet. Actually, the speakers aren’t very good and would be better if they were in a different location on the front of the laptop. This didn’t cause any issues as I simply contacted my Bluetooth headphones to it while watching a movie. The battery life appears to be very good and due to the fact that it has three USB-C ports, one of which is a Thunderbolt 4 port charging is super-fast. I ran the battery down to 40% and it charged fully in about 30 minutes. The laptop also has a Micro SD card slot. The laptop comes with a full-size S Pen but unfortunately there is no storage for the pen although it is magnetic and sticks to the outside of the case. This is a great productivity laptop that is fast and provides plenty of storage. I am not a gamer so I can’t really speak to its performance for games. It has excellent battery life and the most fantastic display of any laptops or tablets that I own. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-end laptop that converts to a tablet.

Bought this as an open box Excellent condition purchase. Got it home and the pen and charger were missing. Best buy refused to make it right. I was also told I could install android apps on this device. Which turned out not to be true.

Good product But screen so thin , need more robust stuff

The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 2in1 15.6 is an excellent laptop. Super fast. Excellent sound and display. Appears bigger than 15.6". Would recommend anyone to purchase.

So far so good....................................

Battery life disappointing, maybe 3 hours at approximately 60%. Speaker system disappointing. My $200 Android phone is better. No USB port or SD card reader.

Solid machine. So far it has ran smoothly and lived up to expectations. Touch screen and stylus work great!

Great when it works. Bought this in December, about 2 months later it would not charge or hold a charge. Took it in was looked at started working again randomly, told nothing was wrong. Fast forward to a month ago same issue, took it back in again they updated a few things and got it working. Fast forward to last Thursday, surprise same issue. I’ve owned many Samsung devices and have never had any issues with them. Disappointed to say the least especially for spending over $1k for this…

it is terrible lap top. it is constantly at repairs. it so nice and light, but so delicate, I am afraid to open it so hinges won't brake, or something else won't get bad, like suddenly battery start bulging or screen cracks. I am more gentle with it then I ever was with my baby infants. I need new lap top that is durable

The features are good but the build quality of the laptop is not satisfactory. It’s too delicate and had to handle very carefully.

All the reviews are useless. I made a bad purchase. The Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 does boot up fast, I'll give it that, and the screen is fine, but in every other aspect it disappoints. The battery life in particular is one performance aspect where the reviews stray far from reality. It gets worse from there. Skip this over-rated and over-priced catastrophe, and buy a different laptop!

Excellent computer! Tons of features, love the fingerprint scanner. Light and convenient.

We got two of these laptops and we love using them. No issues so far and they are lightweight and awesome altogether. Thank you.
