I bought my samsung laptop this exact model and not even a year of owning it, i already got a screen chip. I got it in december 2021. Its now april 2025 and it lasted about 3 years and 4 months. Although a noticed a major decrease in performance and i believe my cpu crashed. It now has another screen chip. I ended up seitching to macbook pro m3 because they are on sale due to the m4 coming out and i love it. Better made and better cpu performance. I will never buy another damsung laptop again, its pointless to use it as a tablet as im always scared of breaking it. Ill stick to this macbook, plus its easier to use. The only thing that was good about this laptop was it has a large screen, number keys on the side, and i can gold it to watch movies if i wanted. Otherwise i can do more with my macbook in lesser time than with this samsung laptop.

I am not at all happy with this laptop it's very hard to use...I bought it in 20 20 and now it just stopped working it only lasted 2 years before it stopped working I would not recommend buying anything that only lasts 2 years and cost 1,200 so I'm not happy at all with this Samsung is not on my list of things that I want to buy anymore and I'm not happy with Best Buy because I don't know if I have a warranty that last over two years so 1200 dollars down the toilet yeah I'm not happy

Motherboard failed in less than two years - BEWARE

Recently had a terrible experience with Samsung that makes me question if I will continue to buy its products. More specifically, I bought an earlier model (NP950QDB-KB1US) Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 15" approximately 2 years ago and had no issues until about a month ago when it forced a BIOS update on the computer. The screen froze during the update showing no progress for over a day. I forced shut off and was unable to restart. The screen stayed black, but I had the blinking blue light and the keyboard backlight show signs of life. I literally viewed and tried every suggested fix provided by Samsung support to no avail. The laptop was out of warranty, but I was fine sending the laptop for a repair estimate as a hopeful next step. Basically, the repair was a motherboard replacement with a charge of $867 bucks! I politely requested the rep to see if Samsung could offer me a discount given that the I barely had the laptop 2 years and the issue appeared to be caused by a Samsung update. Long story short - no discount, no ability to speak with a manager, no nothing. I'm buying a new laptop in 2 years after spending quality bucks on a top line Samsung product. I now am worried about all of my other Samsung products (TVs, tablets, phones, etc.). Probably will be a while before I spend serious money with Samsung. If your high-priced product is a day out of warranty, please beware!

A Dud Right Out of the Box

I bought this for my wife for Christmas to replace a HP all in one desktop because it couldn't be updated to windows 11. Other than that, the HP performed fine. Anyway, she loved it when she saw what it was. We un-boxed to try it out. Screen showed momentarily that it had a 40% charge, and that is all it did. We couldn't get it to do anything beyond that. We charged for 24 hours. Owner's manual states that the light on the side should show red while charging, green when fully charged. Never saw either color, flashing blue while charging and solid blue after about 12 hours of charge. Maybe color and operation statement aren't up to date. Anyway, took the computer back to Best Buy. Geek Squad couldn't get it to run either, so we returned it and unfortunately Best Buy didn't have another burgundy colored one available and she didn't want one of the other colors offered. As for rating this computer, that's tuff to do since it would work. She ended up replacing it with a Dell Inspiron 2-in-1. So far, so good. As for the recommendation below, they need to add a third button for neutral rather than just yes or no.
