I've been using this laptop for a little over a month now. I'm thrilled with my purchase. I love how smooth the interface is and it is quite simple to go between my two internet browsers for schooling and the storage is the best part. I am having no trouble when it comes to downloading the heavy applications I need for my engineering course.

I needed a new laptop because my laptop was slow and couldn't connect properly to my work vpn. I bought this on the recommendation of the salesman, who said it was the he owned. I have not been disappointed. I like Samsung products, so buying this laptop was a no-brainer. The speed is wonderful. I've had no issues so far. I am well pleased.

this laptop is terrific and the NPU is very fast at processing the AI capabilities with the Copilot button. my only drawback was price is a bit high but otherwise its a great laptop and works well with samsung products as an extra bonus! The team of Bob & Eric (geek squad) in Saugus MA were exceptional.

This laptop looks fantastic, that display is amazing. If you are someone who hates seeing fingerprints on your device then this is definitely for you. This would definitely be an amazing choice for anyone getting into design, the S pen is fantastic for drawing, Journaling and much more. It's just really nice. Can't recomend enough.

I was hesitant how to replace my Lenovo that crashed & could not revive!! Went to Best Bu on Old Country Road where I’ve purchased items before. The sales Rep was great!! Knowledgeable, offered several options, narrowed it down to the one I purchased, showing me all the different features I never would have thought of having!!! I absolutely love my Samsung laptop & all the features it has!!!

So far, I'm fully impressed with this galaxy book. Its fast, sleek, fancy, offers great display features, allows more fluidity using the S Pen on Word documents and others, and is just an awesome looking laptop. I would only recommend more space to fit a camera cover or a built in camera cover.
