The only issue with this laptop is it needs its drivers updated to perform better, so its more like a 4 star review if you cant update drivers.

This is the laptop I am most satisfied with so far. It is thin and light, has touch function, and has a clear screen. I use it every day now! The most important thing is that it was on sale when I bought it.

I like my new Samsung, but I'm not in total control. It is so advanced it does things on its own without my permission, and it confuses me. However, I like single-click work with the mouse, and this computer demands double-click.

Lite & easy to use. Have had HP laptops and this Samsung is much lighter making it easier to carry around. Not sure yet if I care for MS11 forcing me to go through Edge to go to Google or any other browser.
