Nice laptop

She has a samsung phone and tablet that work will with the laptop. So far she has no complaints. It did take her awhile to get used to the really large mouse pad. Not sure why Samsung made it so big.

Video stalls when playing Netflix

My issue is that when streaming Netflix the video stops yet the soundtrack keeps playing. This doesn't work out when my Granddaughter is trying to watch. Doesn't happen on any of our other computers or devices so it has to be the systems wifi or just weak video. Wanted to olike this machine BUT---

The transfer was pretty simple with Smart Switch, just not use to Windows 11. Have not used in tablet mode yet, still learning the differences. So far so good. Love open box discounts!
