Overall great laptop. Only con is that the mouse pad area is large and sometimes gets in the way of how I position my hands on the keyboard . I hit it a lot inadvertently

I love this laptop. The AI features are fun to use and play with. I purchased this model mainly because i preferred a conventional numeric keypad. The S-pen is great and was included.

I genuinely love my laptop. What surprised me most was the space of the keyboard.

Our experience with this computer and Samsung’s customer support has been horrible. Please do your research as there have been numerous reports of the screen on this computer cracking for no reason. But Samsung refuses to acknowledge this or fix it when it happens. Our device developed hairline fractures all of the screen within weeks with very light usage . It was not dropped and nothing was dropped on it. Unfortunately we did not know that this has been reported widely with this computer before we purchased it. Samsung gets around fixing this issue because once a device has “physical damage” it is no longer covered under warranty. They do not care that it is a product defect that caused this “physical damage”. They acknowledged that there were no signs that the unit had been dropped or that something had hit it. I was told that if you read their policy a cracked screen no matter what the reason voids the warranty. My daughter has also had issues with this unit being incredibly slow and will not connect to Wi-Fi. Also be aware that independent screen shops cannot purchase the screen to fix it so if you get a defective product like we did you will have to send it to Samsung & pay them nearly $800 for a new screen.

Love this laptop, traded in a Macbook air m2, but at times this laptop is a bit slow when it boots up but that's alright, I use it only in school and while there it works like a champ. Can handle multi tasking and etc.

This was bought for my son going to college. He has stated he really likes it and is compatible with all his classes.

Had to replace my laptop and needed one that had numeric keypad. This laptop is as powerful as my last one was, has the numeric keypad and cost about half what my last one was. I am very pleased with it so far.

Love this but very fragile. Screen cracked but hasn't affected it.

Use for 6 months and still works great. the only drawback is that the keyboard NUM pad has a strange configuration

Honestly, one of the worst laptops I’ve ever used. Needs to be restarted every time I open it, forces you to sync to MS 1 Drive (I purchased 1TB memory for a reason), lots of adds I never asked for. Just froze for the 3rd time attempting to sort through photos. Was hoping the syncing with my Galaxy phone would be simple, but it’s been anything but. Screen is nice, the OS and laptop itself would not recommend. Over priced for the 16GB RAM.

Im a big samsung fan. But never really looked at the galaxy book without a doubt a great purcahse for a steal of a price. When its on sale couldnt beat it.

When the light hits the screen just right a hairline crack is visable. I've used this laptop only 5 times in 2 mths due to the frustration of bloatware, waiting forever while it checks for updates, loads updates, then restarts. Fighting the laptop and windows 11 for my preferences not theirs (I'm not overly technologically inclined). I find the touch pad is too large, it is difficult to type without touching the pad. The keyboard is too far back causing typing issues (see above), and the front edge of the laptop is sharp causing forearm pain from resting on it. A wrist rest can only be placed under the mid forearm leading to unnatural shoulder height instead of allowing the elbows to be lower than the wrists.

Best laptop ive ever had, genuinely and im on laptop 4!
