We use these for our field foreman, they are durable and reliable.

Would very recommend it for anything but gaming. Battery life doesnt last long and graphics have to be lowered to run certain games. Overall happy with purchase anyway.

laptop itself is very nice but i am facing the problem with my brand new laptop i just bought few days ago. the problem with the laptop is the screen goes black when you touch and try to move the screen i am not sure if it is because of the update or there is a problem with the laptop itself i want to give it few days if i have the same problem i will take it back to the store.

Suprisingly good for a laptop running games that my freinds desktop couldnt run and running even modded games with suprising ease

I love this laptop. The AI features are fun to use and play with. I purchased this model mainly because i preferred a conventional numeric keypad. The S-pen is great and was included.

Overall great laptop. Only con is that the mouse pad area is large and sometimes gets in the way of how I position my hands on the keyboard . I hit it a lot inadvertently

Got it with a great deal with its excellent features..

Had to replace my laptop and needed one that had numeric keypad. This laptop is as powerful as my last one was, has the numeric keypad and cost about half what my last one was. I am very pleased with it so far.

Love this laptop, traded in a Macbook air m2, but at times this laptop is a bit slow when it boots up but that's alright, I use it only in school and while there it works like a champ. Can handle multi tasking and etc.

Works ok. Haven't had the screen crack yet. My issue is that when streaming Netflix the video stops yet the soundtrack keeps playing. This doesn't work out when my Granddaughter is trying to watch. Doesn't happen on any of our other computers or devices so it has to be the systems wifi or just weak video. Wanted to olike this machine BUT---

Our experience with this computer and Samsung’s customer support has been horrible. Please do your research as there have been numerous reports of the screen on this computer cracking for no reason. But Samsung refuses to acknowledge this or fix it when it happens. Our device developed hairline fractures all of the screen within weeks with very light usage . It was not dropped and nothing was dropped on it. Unfortunately we did not know that this has been reported widely with this computer before we purchased it. Samsung gets around fixing this issue because once a device has “physical damage” it is no longer covered under warranty. They do not care that it is a product defect that caused this “physical damage”. They acknowledged that there were no signs that the unit had been dropped or that something had hit it. I was told that if you read their policy a cracked screen no matter what the reason voids the warranty. My daughter has also had issues with this unit being incredibly slow and will not connect to Wi-Fi. Also be aware that independent screen shops cannot purchase the screen to fix it so if you get a defective product like we did you will have to send it to Samsung & pay them nearly $800 for a new screen.
