This is a replacement for a previous laptop which was damaged. The fact that I replaced it with the same computer should say it all. For my purposes this is an ideal machine. Historical research on line, creating reports and presentations and handling photographs and other illustrations. Fast and excellent screen, light weight. Purchase also improved by absolutely the best support provided by Best Buy Geeks throughout the process. Can't say enough about how easy it was to make the exchange and purchase and walk out with everything set up to my requirements

I've been using this laptop for school and it has been amazing. The ability to turn the laptop into a tablet and use the S pen to write notes has been really useful. The screen is huge so I'm able to have multiple applications and documents up at once.

I was looking to upgrade my computer as my old one was very sluggish. The Samsung is such a nice upgrade! I love all the extra features thaty old computer did not have. There is no lag time, the screen displays beautiful color, and I love the 2 in 1 feature.

This is a very premium machine. The screen is excellent, performance is really great. It also has the Samsung ecosystem particulars like Samsung Notes, Quick Share and things like that. It misses being a five-star only because it's larger and heavier than I would like, and the keyboard really takes some getting used to. The key press depth is quite shallow, and at first this resulted in even poorer than my usual subpar typing accuracy. I'm happy to say though, that after several weeks, I'm typing better and the keyboard doesn't feel as weird as it did at first. Still... Samsung, at this price point you should be doing better in keyboard department.

Such an awesome deal on this laptop! It was on sale and I had a $400 Best Buy gift card so the laptop was a very reasonable price. Love the processing speed and the huge screen. Very slim and professional, too!

Got this laptop for my school work and ive got to say its getting the job done! Battery life is great, the display is very nice and since I have a samsung galaxy phone I can use it as a second display. Multiple tabs can be opened and it doesnt even shows signs of slowing down! This was and is a great purchase!

This machine is incredible. Blazing fast. So many features. There is no laptop screen that even comes close. Keyboard feels like a dream. The only downside is that stupid, ridiculous, intrusive "co-Pilot" key that replaces the right Ctrl key. No worries, though. Easily configurable back to Ctrl. You will love this thing. Trust me

Very happy with my laptop. It has all the features I need in a laptop. The weight of it is a plus when I travel it’s super light. It is super fast which I love; I am so much more efficient with such a powerful memory as well. The camera quality is awesome for my zoom meetings. Definitely recommend. I did get it when there was a discount so happy with the price as well.

It's lightweight, durable, easy to use. 2N1 works great! The stylus is a great additional tool to use, I am still exploring all the features and look forward to at least a good 2 years with this!

Ive had many laptops, but this is by far the best. I love that it folds all the way into a tablet, it had amazing battery life, and ive had no problems in the year ive had it!

This is a great computer, works extremely fast and has a great display. It is also extremely light.

I have used this for work for almost 2 years. From graphic design, photo edits to excel documents it has been reliable. Love the s pen feature. If I get into complex masking photo edits on multiple photos (like 20+) it will crash, it is just too much work load so I upgraded to a desktop for those larger shoot edits. I still use it for culling and small shoots.

I have the GalaxyBook 3 360, and the regular GalaxyBook 4, but really found myself missing the additional functionalist of the 360, so I purchased this. The 360 is ideal for people who travel a lot for work, which is the situation I am in. The reason being, you can fold the laptop over, use the screen as a monitor, and add an external mouse/keyboard combo to create a desktop feel. The battery life on the GalaxyBooks is unparalleled to any laptop I’ve come across. I have quite a few laptops, and all of my GalaxyBooks battery life is as advertised, or better. I don’t come across that too often. I was at a conference the other day, and they needed my charger for the laptop used for the presentation. I handed over my charger around 9:00, used my laptop almost the entire time, and at 4:00 when we ended the event, I was just reaching that critical battery mark.

As an artist and art instructor, I rely on digital quality and storage. This handles all my needs and then some. Fast, great color, sharpness, nice touch to the keyboard, great at syncing. Always hate having to change laptops but this is really nice. Did have some problems initially setting up and moving info over from old laptop but it could have also been in part due to our crappy internet service.

I was really interested in a well made laptop that basically does the regular day to day tasks and a little extra. I really love this laptop. Battery life is great, software runs amazing.
