I went laptop shopping at my local BestBuy and tested out a few laptops that were on display. Overall, this laptop had the best screen out of all the display laptops that I tested at the time and looked the best. The keyboard can be super hard to type on at times because the keys are so flat, but overall a really great product right out of the box. The best part of the laptop was definitely the quality of the screen, it is very vibrant and easy to see even in low lit conditions.

Very nice computer have had it long enough to recommend. Very pleased with battery life not days but plenty of hours for pickup and go and plug in during the day to top it off.

This computer definitely is high quality and has been a huge upgrade from my Microsoft. I would highly reccomend this, it is very fast and light, plus it is very easy to use. The style reminds of a MacBook Pro because of how sleek it is which was another thing I like about it. I have never had any issues with it so far.

An amazing laptop. Every little detail of this thing is perfect.

Samsung has become the only licenser of Wacom pen tech left among PC OEMs. Everyone else has moved to Windows MPP pen tech, the same one that the Surface Pro line uses - presumably due to licensing costs and low demand. So this device warrants a premium for that reason alone. If you do not need near-professional quality drawing accuracy in your pen, look elsewhere to save a few bucks and avoid Samsung's poor software experience. One thing I learned while installing Pop OS on this device is that Samsung does not provide recovery software to restore your hard drive to factory state. Bafflingly, the F4 recovery key is locked to a recovery partition, in it's factory state location as well, so even if you somehow manage to copy the recovery partition over from another machine, the F4 recovery key still won't work (but you can still choose to boot into directly). Consequently, if you wipe the recovery partition on these devices, you have to bring them to Samsung where they will charge you to restore the partition and F4 key functionality. Outrageous, but at least Windows update already has all the Samsung drivers needed. However, you'll need to identify and redownload all the Samsung preloaded software yourself. This is lazy or cheap on Samsung's part as most other OEMs will provide downloadable support software (Lenovo Vantage, MyAsus, Dell Recovery, etc) to get your hard drive back to factory state and provide a list of brand software for your device. I think Samsung spreads themselves too thin, with too many "premium" products - ranging from electronics to appliances - with poor software and support. Although this device may be the right tool for some nice use case, professionals will likely draw on their tablets or bring a pen display with them. Perhaps this is more for aspiring art professionals, but it is not one if the tools that the art pros use

I absolutely love my Samsung laptop & all the features it has!!!

I couldn't be happier with the Samsung galaxy book 4 pro 360, I got it on sale at best buy for $899 new in box. Outstanding Amoled hdr display, storage and build. Sound is loud and clear.
